  • Fluid Running is a deep water running fitness program that’s literally no sweat! It’s like a Peloton for the pool! It provides a full body, cardiovascular, no impact workout which is beneficial to everyone, but especially to those who have some kind of pain that keeps them from being able to exercise. The on-demand system includes instructional videos (that you watch prior to going to the pool), instructor-led, music backed interval based audio workouts that are accessed via the Fluid Running app, The workouts are high intensity, and high energy - not your grandma’s aqua aerobics! The system also includes Bluetooth, waterproof headphones, a flotation belt and a tether (to keep you in one place).
