Though I couldn't understand the language (my bad), however understood the content. I may not have understood if you are saying to check oil level by pressing the oil filler cap or without pressing it. My understanding is to check the oil level after warming up the engine, wait for sometime, and check without pressing the oil filler cap. Filling it till HI level is not required just below the HI mark, its fine.

Hi Bro,
Have this same model RED Electra CI CDI 2002 model and shall complete 20 years soon... my questions if you could address
* which brand CDI are you using as an replacement to your stock CDI...I had to change after say 15 years (was not working) and found some changes in tuning the bull after that.
* have to replace my Carburetor... Do we get the original Mikarb VM24 Carburetor still ?

now Mikarb Is not available
VM24 is available in PACCO
Still u can find some old stocks ok Mikarb ….. cdi brand is VARROC and SWISS both are very trusted brand go with it
