I totally get the little kid bringing their GSD inside. I don’t want my dogs outside too long and feel better for both of us if we are safely inside.
Inside a house isnt really safe, more like a false sense of security, protects us from the weather but thats about it, thin walls flimsy doors and screen and glass windows offer us no real protection against someone or something that wants to get inside and get us, but high powered handguns and shotguns can really save lives, if the situation arises. Many people have been abducted from and ripped apart and partially devoured inside their own homes, usually conveniently blamed upon demonized dogs and bears, listen to Dogman Encounters episodes 90 91 and 93 and hear what i mean, totally horrifying, totally ignored by the denying media and lying government.
Yes! They can't protect themselves from these huge and dangerous creatures. They can still hear and smell them from inside the house,and at least you both have a chance then!
There is an old story I read, 1 or 2, about bear creatures saving children who got lost in the woods.
Or at least that's what the children could most relate them to.
I encounter A werewolf when I was 7 years old in Espanola NM I was playing out side with my brothers across the fence where they were building homes they had the pavement in a circle so everybody would race there bikes on it in the middle of the day well I went over there to watch from a distance then I saw this werewolf walk right by me he kinda walked a little hunched back and look right at me I couldn’t move yell or scream I was frozen and all of a sudden I heard a baby cry then he walked away and vanished then I saw my brothers and ran to them crying they asked me what was wrong I couldn’t talk they carried me home I was so terrified I told them but nobody believed me I always thought what was that about natives call them skin walkers they won’t talk about it I experienced many other things growing up I wonder if had to do with that I believe God Has Always Protected Me Through This Crazy Life It happened in 1983
I have a question that might upset you. Do you remember any kind of smell? When I was 9 years old my brother and three cousins where in Qu’Appelle Valley. We encounter something up in the hills near a Saskatchewan Berry bushes. This happen sometime around four O'clock. We seen nothing. However, I will never forget the smell. I never want to cross that smell in my live again.
Do you have a way of describing the way this thing smelled? Something that reminds you of it in ordinary smells that aren't pleasant?

When you're talking about the encounter with the werewolf bear like creature, the first thing that pops up in my head is the werewolf from the movie Silver Bullet, which looked more like a bear than a werewolf. Perhaps that creature was close to that in appearance. Just a thought.

Werewolves have been portrayed as shapeshifters for many years yet it is not true, it is being covered up imo, in all films they will always down play what truly is real or fiction too and in all stories. I had a Werewolf/DM encounter in 1975 and the damn thing was flesh and blood, drooled on me and breathed hard in each loud growl and it had hands yet also canine legs, i have never recovered from it and i am in my sixties and still doing my best to overcome what happened, it took me over forty odd years to talk about it too. Terrifying beasts with an intelligence far greater than any animal on this earth.
just because something is physical does not mean it cant be spiritual as well - they operate in a realm that our laws of physics do not apply....

A shitty kinda mother like I have! She's done it to me for being half hour past curfew at 10pm when all my friends parents let them stay out to midnight on the weekends. I grew up with a horrible mother. She's 88 now and I pray every night that the good lord takes her already!

I've always been scared of werewolves from the age of a small child.
Me too, along with vampires and other monster movies. But for some reason, every time I would have a nightmare, it always involved werewolves. Now I love them, especially the Howling movies.

Josh, I love your sense of humor. I always enjoy the stories you tell. .... especially werewolf.
Tulpas explain everything, psychic thought forms, read the extended Wikipedia article about them. For one example, millions of people watch the Van Helsing movie, millions of people are thinking about the Werewolves in that movie and then those rabid humanoid creatures temporarily manifest, appearing within our reality, then slowly fading away and then reappearing within another area as our thoughts about them ebb flow and release. Very much like the planet Solaris conjuring realities taken from the desires within the minds of the Astronauts orbiting above it.
Millions of people see all kinds of emotionally agitating movies that don’t translate into real world encounters. Case in point to me - our world should be infested by xenomorphs if tulpas are manifested with enough thought and emotion. Those movies were big time popular. But no, those things are inspired by the art of HR Giger, not lengthy folklore tradition.

In my first encounter with dogmen, I was so scared but I prayed to the Holy Spirit asking Him to send an Angel. In that moment there was a strong gust of wind blowing from behind me towards the dogmen and I had this feeling of courage. It was like my body had electricity coursing through it. That was when the creatures left. And they left in a hurry, walking backwards then turning and jumping through the trees at lightning speed. The adrenaline was so heavy in my blood that when it fell off I was physically exhausted. Had to go home early from work because I felt so exhausted like I had just ran 5 miles, did 100 pushups, 100 crunches, and 100 squats.

They are not bear men they are dogman,there’s approximately 4 types of dogman out there. Werewolves are a mythical creature,dogmen are a crossbreed with canine’s and humans. They don’t transform like they depict in the movies,these are creatures that can run on 4 legs or upright on 2 legs. They have hocks like dogs,some species look like wolves and some are more canine looking. The dogman I encountered 12 years ago was huge,8 foot tall and was jacked like a bodybuilder. Long pointy ears,long snout,black fur,yellowish golden colour eyes and huge white teeth. I was extremely lucky that I was close to my vehicle the day I encountered one of these dogman creatures,otherwise I don’t think I’d be here typing this comment. Never felt primal fear before until I saw and heard this unholy creature. I can’t bring myself to go back out into the woods alone again,I still have ptsd but I can finally talk about what happened which helps in dealing with it. I’m past the point of caring what people think or say,I know what I saw and heard,these horrid creatures are out there wether people choose to believe it or not. They are apex predators,they will kill and consume you if given the opportunity.

At about 24:00. They aren't more active between September and December. They are seen more because it's hunting season. More humans going deeper into the woods.

The Witcher 3 is chocked full of cryptids. It's astounding how much of it meshes with the stories you hear on shows like this.
I mean as someone who plays Skyrim werewolf and werebears are the only two in the game. Though another game that is full of cryptids is Fallout 76 if anyone is curious what they look like. Mothman, wendigos, snallygaster, Sheepsquatch, Grafton Monster, and even a dogman/werewolf like creature called the Blue Devil.

What gets me is the astronomical sightings and events occurring in the state of Tennessee.
I live in upper northeast parts of tennessee. When you travel southeast from kingsport over towards erwin tn and hampton,tn you quickly begin to climb up on the roadways to elevations above 2,500 to 4500 feet. It is very vast national cherokee forest and pisgha national forest heading up towards roan mountain, tn and over into boone nc where the mountains rise up high above 5000 to 6500 feet. Few people live in those sectiin of the Appalachian mountains in east tennessee and Western nc so it is perfect habitat for cryptid creatures to exist in as there is an abundance of fresh streams and wild game for clans of cryptids too easily have food sources to sustain them. Plus there are vast cave systems and very old abandoned mineral and coal mines thet could live in seldom ever being seen by humans.
I recently bought a 2023 chevy Colorado 4x4 trail boss truck. I am going driving the truck up on forestry or logging roads mist weekends so one day I might have my own encounter with cryptids up on holston mountain and unaka mountain ranges in northeast Tennessee. I need to buy a lever action rifle in atleast 357 to 44 magnum caliber so that I will have a powerful enough gun to protect myself from cryoruds ir bears and big mountain lions. We also have black panthers that havw been reintroduced along with cougars in the xherookw national forest up by erwin, TN. I learned that from a older guy who knows the tennessee wildlife agents who work the far east end of tennessee up by johnson city and erwin. Hw told me get never goes into the northeast Tennessee mountains without carryung a handgun on his belt.
I keep over 1,000 (22 rounds) in my truck and my stevens 10-22 rifle. Soon I will also have a high powered. 357 or 40 cal handgun. Plus buy a high powered hunting rifle in 44 mag/ .45 colt or 38 calibers.

My parents had money i aint bragging just saying how i can do that! In Winnipeg, Manitoba, close to where I live, there were 2 coyote attacks on 2 boys, the first a week and a half ago on a 9 years old and the second attack a few days ago on a 4 year old boy.
Did anyone see the coyotes attacking? or were they the convenient usual suspect fall guys?

My ex tild me that her orher ex husband back in the late 1990's was riding his harley on the old asheville highway up by erwin and flag pond, tn when he rounded a 180 degree bend in the highway he saw an upright walking creature that he said looked like a werewolf.
Up along the NC/TN state line many folks have spoken about their encountera of seeing bigfoots/ dogmen or werewolves. One young man who lives sourh of hor springs nc has come on the dogman encounters podcast on CZcams talking about having seen werewolf looking creature's in the spring creek community ever since he was a young teenager. That area is located just north of cherokee,nc and maggie valley where the eastern band of cherokee reservation is located.

Any time the term "werewolf" is used, people seem to want to put them in the category of how Hollywood has shown them in the movies and it's all based upon fiction. If Dogman exists and they probably do, then we need to stop trying to force them into a narrative created by movie makers and not the reality of what they are. The term werewolf is most likely what the ancients called them in the beginning and now we call them Dogman. My belief is that these creatures are hybrids created in the Mt. Hermon incursion when, according to the Bible, "fallen angels" came down and then began mixing their DNA with humans and ultimately most everything else too. It is easy to see that Dogman is a combination of human and canine DNA BUT what if their is some "angelic" DNA mixed in there too that gives these creatures supernatural abilities? Abilities like telepathy. Or even super intelligence. Suppose their supernatural abilities include psychic attack upon their intended prey to paralyze them with fear? How about the ability to move from the physical dimension into the ethereal dimension? Or possibly the ability to teleport? There is no doubt in my mind that Dogman is much more than just another type of undocumented animal.

Just my own two cents, but I have heard of Russian soldiers transforming into bears before going into battle.

My theory on this is times are harsher. There's less foliage and Let's pray As far as animals going into hibernation And migrating.... They Hunt and scavenge harder to make it through the Winter.... So because they have to scavenge harder they are seen more Regularly In the winter months than in summer months where they can hunt A decent meal... pray is numerous And they can go right back into hiding. During the winter Months it's a Steady twenty four hour To stay full and have the energy to hunt tomorrow......
