Im so inspired im 25 and still living with my parents and im believing and saving for a house. I use to feel like a failure because im still living at home, but i believe and have faith that God wants me to own so im walking by faith literally!
I’m 25 and still live at home as well. I’ve also felt the same way as you, but I’ve realized I’ve been able to save a substantial amount of money. My parents have even encouraged me to stay home. It is a relief to know that I will be well prepared when I do decide to purchase my home. Keep the faith girl and trust the process!
The race is not to the swift not the battle to the strong. He will make a way at the appointed time. Stay encouraged and remember that your path is different from someone else's just remain steadfast

Restoration Beauty you and your peers are very wise to stay and accumulate your wealth. I stayed with my parents until I was married. I believe that if you have a plan then you are good to go. No need to acquire the expenses if it’s not absolutely necessary. I commmend you! That’s wonderful.
You ladies really should consider interior decorating for a side hustle just for extra. People will PAY for you to do what you love ! This was absolutely beautiful . Definitely taking some ideas . ❤️

It is AWESOME to be home owners before 30, as my husband and I were, now in our 50s, our home was paid off about 5-10 years ago. It feels great to have no mortgage, no car payments (2 vehicles paid off), and we are not rich or have frinances like that, we're just money savvy!

You can put a specially cut piece of glass over the table, therefore it wont take away from the look, but it will protect the wood and it's easier maintenance and clean up.

Thank y’all for not running off to LA and spending $4000 on rent for an apartment that someone else owns like others do (no shade lol). Y’all really show how you can be young and financially savvy. This house is gorgeous! I wish I had the gift of interior decorating.
Your decorating game is on point and I too have a lot of elephants and globes around my home. I am slowly renovating our family home and have used grays, and neutrals. My son took over the 3rd floor and it's Morehouse Maroon in his office and a light blue in his reading room.
My office is a mixture of Chanel black and Henry Bendel tan- taupeish so I was all for the brass, black and gold accent pieces.
