@@cooper3814 They’re referring to the last time his arms got ripped off. From what I’ve seen Peter lost his arms after a bunch of chains at a party wrapped around his arms on the dance floor, the pulled, and then he lost his arms and had baby looking T-Rex arms.
It looks like they recycled the animation model from that episode. This was kind of a lame episode, but some of the bits were amusing like the $5 bill cocaine joke complete with Lincoln briefly
I certainly didn't think that his arms would just rip right off, but PEter's weight is such I wouldn't be shocked if he at least dislocated his arms in a more realistic situation
