Hino may be not the most powerful or classiest truck out there but you wont believe how easy and cheap it is to fix them.

Hino and Toyota could build a diesel engine for the Tundra.

I want that too and Toyota is the parent of hino too
      They can do it

You know there is actually a 3.3L TTV6 diesel engine available in the Land Cruiser 300 TNGA-F platform which could be easily placed in the Tundra however US regulations won't make that possible.

Hello Tricountyfarmer - thanks for your inquiry. Yes, starting with the 2023 Model year, the Hino XL will be powered by the Cummins L9 9-Liter Engine, in 300, 330, and 360 Horsepower options. Due to production delays and supply chain disruptions, we may have limited numbers of these trucks available, but hope for expanded production in the near future.

Hi Ibrahim! The XL8 will be available with a tandem-rear axel, so it would be the two rear-drive axels and the front steering axle. Please call Dan Ferrara @ 267-272-9962 if you have any other questions! Keeping Customers on the Road - Bergey's Truck Centers

there are tons of medium duty trucks out there. Freightliner, Kenworth/Peterbilt, International, Volvo, etc... this just brings more competition and with Toyota's reputation, Hino will do well. this truck is a killer for anyone towing 5th wheel with Sportchassis or Summit Hauler.
