    Fantastic video. Thank you. My slave failed and could not find a replacement piston seal. The bore and piston were unmarked.
    Thank you for the information.
    By the way the watch is fantastic 👌

    Ευχαριστώ για το σεμινάριό σας, βλέπω ότι δεν πηγαίνετε πλέον στον λογαριασμό σας, ακολούθησα τις συμβουλές σας, αγόρασα το κιτ ktm το οποίο πλήρωσα 60 €, αλλά κατάφερα να αντικαταστήσω μόνο το εξωτερικό καουτσούκ, δηλαδή αυτό που κρατείται από το μοχλό., τώρα ας δούμε τότε θα σας ενημερώσω, ευχαριστώ.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the awesome and detail video with torque measurements. I am from Singapore and trying to rebuild my clutch slave pump.
    However, u ring seal 18x24x4mm not available in this region. What is widely available is 18x24x5mm. Can it fit?

    Grate film, thanks, can you do the same trick with the front brake master cylinder because BMW don't do the U-rings on there own, John from sunny Devon UK

    • @nivam1873
      @nivam1873  Před 7 lety

      You may can, I'm not sure. The breakpiston has larger diameter. Anyway you may go even to get some custom made u-rings.

    Hi. Great video. Love the fact you include torque everywhere. On BMW its especially important. I have a master cylinder that is losing pressure and I want to fix it. Can I use that KTM piston if I buy thay kit? Or just take the rubber rings of it and put it onto the BMW piston? Thanks for your help and reply in advance.

      @nivam1873  Před 5 lety

      Hi, unfortunately the piston doesn't fit. You can only use the U rings

    Just what is the purpose of the Plain Washer (referred to here as Lock Washer). Is it just an assembly aid ?. It's location in the groove in the cylinder does seem haphazard and could be easily displaced during normal operation. Also shouldn't the dust seal have been secured in the same groove as the washer ?.

    Αγαπητέ Νικόλα, πολύ καλό το βίντεο με την αλλαγή των εμβόλων του συμπλεκτη - αλλά η ερώτηση μου είνε: έπαθε κάτι ο συμπλεκτης για να κάνης αυτή τη διαδικασία? ή μήπως είνε το τυπικό σέρβις στα ορισμένα διανυθέντα χλμ ?
    Παρακαλώ ενημέρωσε με?

    • @nivam1873
      @nivam1873  Před 7 lety

      Το πρόβλημα εμφανιστήκε όταν έκανα αλλαγη υγρών συμπλέκτη και έβαλα το Vitamol V10. Aν δεν αντιμετωπίζεις κάποιο πρόβλημα στο συγκεκριμένο κύκλωμα, θα σου πρότεινα να μην ασχοληθείς καθόλου.

    Hello Νικόλας! I'm a huge fan of your videos, they have always helped me a lot (in February I pulled out swing arm and drive shaft to put some Moly grease on the spline that comes out of the gearbox, following your precious tutorial ;) ). Today, my 2008 GS 1200 (which has just clocked 50000 km) started making a strange noise at idle, similar to the rattling of Ducati's dry clutches. The noise stops when I clutch in and comes back when I clutch out. Do you have any clue about this issue? Am I supposed to pull out the gearbox and replace the primary shaft? :( Thank you very much, you rock!
    And, by the way... Amazing Omega 3570.50. I looove it!

    • @nivam1873
      @nivam1873  Před 9 lety

      cantona77deauviller Thank U very much! It seems to be the primary drive shaft. It's a known issue for the 08 models.

      Νικόλας Βαμβακάς thank you very much. I'm so sad to hear that you confirm that it's due to the primary shaft. This morning I visited the dealer of BMW here in Milan, I listened the noise with the chief mechanic, who told me not to worry.
      What do you suggest me to do? Should I replace the primary drive shaft immediately or should I wait?
      Thank you again! :)

    Very nice. Question for you: On a 2007 BMW GSA: The clutch reservoir looks exactly like yours, is it normal for the cap to be so tight ? And how do I remove it without breaking anything ?? And finally do I use DOT 4 brake fluid to fill the clutch or do I use something else ? Let me know please. Thanks so much.

    • @nikolasvamvakas4032
      @nikolasvamvakas4032 Před 3 lety

      It is not tight, it has two small "ears" that you should push in order to unlock the cap. DO NOT use Dot 4!! Only vitamol or magura oil. Otherwise you will destroy all the seals!!

      @@nikolasvamvakas4032 Thank you. Where do I get this Clutch oil at reasonable cost ?

    • @nikolasvamvakas4032
      @nikolasvamvakas4032 Před 3 lety

      @@AB-hx9hs you can buy vitamol from Bmw. Its cheap, or Magura's royal blood from a bicycle store. Beware!Do not fill the circuit with the new fluid unless you have cleaned it from old remains.

    Καλησπέρα Νικόλα , σήμερα ξεκινώντας σιγά σιγά με συμπλέκτη πατημένο στην πρώτη ταχύτητα άκουσα ένα μηχανικό θόρυβο και η αίσθηση ήταν σαν να «κλοτσάει» , σταμάτησε άμεσα μόλις ξεκίνησα κανονικά και μετά το άκουσα ξανά όταν πάτησα συμπλέκτη σταματώντας στον φανάρι με πρώτη . Μετά τέλος πάλι . Έχεις κάποια ιδέα ; bmw gs1200 adventure 2010

    Hello Nikola, I have a 2007 R1200GS and I can't see the oil level through the plastic reservoir. I figured the oil level is probably low since I can't see any oil swishing around. I purchased a new bottle of Magura Blue Blood but there's a warning on the bottle that says Do not mix old oil with new. I have no problem with my clutch so far but I just wanted to add a little bit of oil to the reservoir. Is this a bad idea, and why? Thank you 🙏

    • @nikolasvamvakas4032
      @nikolasvamvakas4032 Před 2 lety +1

      Good morning! If there is no problem, don't do anything. Otherwise try to flush the old oil and clean the pipe.
