Here's a hack not many are aware of and it has to do with travel agencies. Travel agents are allowed to place a hold on an itinerary which expires at either 11PM CT or midnight PT the following day depending on which system they use. If you check prices just after these times you can sometimes find lower prices due to the holds on the inventory expiring.
Flights needs to add a feature where you get to select the producer of the plane. I'm not entrusting my life in a company who kills off people with safety concerns.
One tip, did you know if you book flights in the middle of the night they will be way cheaper. This is because barley any one is booking a flight that late so they lower the price and you can get cheaper flights.
All the cheap flights will be on Spirit and Frontier airlines. Unless you want to be in the middle of a fight on Tik Tok, do not choose flights on those airlines.

If you decide to do a Cruise from the US to another country, as long as it is closed loop (starts in US port and ends in US port) to either Canada, mexico, Caribbean, or bermuda, you don’t need one either, though it’s recommended.

You can be an adult and not have a passport/visa. Even if he is young, you can still travel granted you have parental permission. I flew alone to another country when I was 16 and 17.
