Batu is the next piece after mangalacharan.
This is composed to pay homage to the dancing lord Batukeshwar - the shiva.
In this piece plethora of movements and bhangis are used inspired from sculptures of the konarak temple.

This is the best performance I hv ever seen of batu.......the location lighting and video perfect.....even in an auditorium you will not get this effect. ... PERFECT LOCATION.....make more such fabulous videos.... don't worry about the aharya ... dance and everything around was so good did not notice the aharya. ... now that's dance

I am so sorry for replying to this late,i must have skipped unintentionally. Seeing this makes me remember the day i recorded this.i was so happy and i was flying with my own colours. Just after 2 days my father left us ,he died suffering from COVID. He was my whole family to me.my world just fell apart for a short period.i lost control over my emotions,my body,my behaviour. I was not in a good state but i slowly plugged myself in and understood the world. I missed this comment during that period. Thank you for this much love and support.
