ok i really couldn't gather my thoughts properly in this one guys.
another interpretation idea i had was that the namjoon in the vignettes representing not knowing how to react in a situation or feel comfortable in that space and then going on to learn how to adapt to the scenario and find the happiness in it, but the namjoon in the end walking out was the version of yourself that can just be you. no adaptations.
or perhaps he represents the you that lives on after the experiences that you have in life? the one that keeps going. the way time keeps going and we must keep going too?
the rooms could be different memories you have and the door is the way out of those? and sometimes you like resonating in those memories or thoughts or situations, and sometimes you want to leave through the door and sometimes you don't want to leave but you know you have to?
i also saw people talking about the different rooms representing the sterotypes and expectations society has for us and the end finding yourself outside of that.

As someone who isn't directly a massive BTS fan (I prefer some K-Indie stuff) I did enjoy RM's project Mono a few years ago and then recently saw he had released a new album and gave it a listen (in order, hence this was the last of his new songs I heard). I was pretty blown away by this song and the music video for me just takes it to another level.
My interpretation is definitely that it's about struggling with the pressure of external thoughts and worries, never able to enjoy the moment because you are too busy worrying about the future or regrets of the past. Such as in the first scene. Then how being so caught up in your own head can lead you to zombie walk through life, unable to appreciate the simple moments like spending time with your family or wondering how you even ended up in certain situations like the fight and not even remembering what you were arguing about.
I think the final woman he's with either represents finding someone who you can enjoy and share life with, or even finding enjoyment in and being comfortable with "yourself" (hence the part where he initially seems like he's standing face to face with himself) and that allows you to go through life enjoying every little thing it has to offer, even the 'pain' because that can lead to or help you truly appreciate the 'divine'.
Overall I think it's a powerfully emotional song / video and I like that different people are having different takeaways from it.

been a long time not come watching your videos, here i am, still nice reaction as usually and of course still pretty as well. RM's MV/song often makes you think of what is the meaning behind.
We are all a little bit confused, but didn't we expect that?- it is Namjoon we are talking about!.😊
I think you are right, with all that you said. It could be different memories, different scenarios ( multiverse'), different expectations for himself, or what the world put on him and on all of us.
He is not happy in all these scenarios - and he is looking for something - perhaps behind "the door". He is looking for "the girl/woman" and when he finds her, he becomes happy and enjoy all the scenarios.
Perhaps "she" is his muse/his inspiration or himself- or part of himself - his Anima. When he finds her, he becomes happy/content and can go through "the door" ( enter the outside world Real life, or perhaps his "special world" where he can be creative).
We know he has been burned out - but it is in the process of finding himself again. Perhaps it will be in a new "role" or reality - and maybe the song is about that....?....."You are my pain devine"?!
