Operation Genesis on the PS2 was amazing. I still play it from time to time to chill out. If this game is just that with better graphics and more dinosaurs. I am in.
It seems to be Operation Genesis and MUCH more. Double the number of dinosaurs, more research buildings, hotels, bowling alley, an electric power system, those weren't in Genesis.

Bought it this year, great game.. $10 with all the dlcs.. Beat it all.. Best SIM park/city game yet... The dinos are the added win. Every other game like this has electricity, food, water, weather disasters, economy, etc... but the dinos!!! Great game.
Bias: I saw Jurassic park 1 in theatres as a child, love city building sim games, Tropico!

HOPEFULLY they add a free roam like Zoo Tycoon, why make it so beautiful if we cant walk around.
I saw a game play video that you can drive around free roam to take pictures and to give them antidotes when they are sick

You do not need to make it cinematic for me to want this for it's EPIC! addictive gameplay style.
Please don't ruin this with microtransactions, season passes, loot boxes and preorders. Just make a complete game for £50/$60

jpappleTV yeah I'm all up for expansions (proper expansions) if the game we get is a complete one. Make a complete game, everyone enjoys it. Then support it with a few expansions at a later date.
calvFF7 the developers have openly stated they are against MCS and I think season passes. These devs typically release dlc and stuff for free unless its something really big, and even then its relatively cheap. The base game is 60 some odd dollars (dont know what that is in euro) and the deluxe edition (which comes with skins and EXTRA DINOS) is 65 dollars (again not sure what that is in euro)

One of my fav games on ps2. Not gonna lie I'm pretty hyped for this, hope its as good. Looks promising so far :)
From the gameplay trailers it seems like a near perfect sequel to the original, although not an official sequel it seems to contain all the same elements just improved and built upon along whit obviously better graphics, ai and animations.

daustin8888 after my park got to 5 stars I released EVERYTHING. Its good to know that in this game the herbivores can now kill people as well, not just the carnivores

Hey I live in the USA and I have pre ordered the deluxe edition, I thought this game was being released June 12 but when I pre ordered it on my PS4 it says playable December 31. Dose anybody have a solution for my problem or should I contact Sony?

TheMarker2015 L.S there's 5 islands, two small ones, one medium one, and two large ones. The starting islands are smaller and easier, but the end game ones are much larger and harder.

So the fact there's a zoo tycoon game type inspired by a movie that is literally about a dinosaur zoo was a surprise to you? Have you not heard of Operation Genesis? Or Jurassic World "the game"?
I can only imagine how boring and linear a first person survival horror/play as a dinosaur game would be.

They will release physical copies later, what I'm concerned about is the region the game is gonna officially be released in. I'm from Asia region, and don't seem to get any ads, promotion or the supposed pre-order option on the PS Store. Does any of u know anything of this?
