Dabeli Masala:
Coriander seeds- 3tsp
Cumin seeds- 2TSP
Saunf (fennel seed) - 2TSP
Black cardamom- 2nos
Green cardamom- 3-4nos
Bay leaves- 2nos
Cloves- 3-4nos
Cinnamon- 2 sticks
Desiccated coconut (optional)- 2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder- 3tbsp
Toast and grind all the spices once cooled down.
