Another great video. It is amazing how 95% of all people in the media have no concept of how Blake Martinez was organizing this crime ring. I am a sports fanatic but also into Pokémon... yesterday on ESPN radio their talking heads were literally explaining that "Blake was selling $100,000 pikachu cards, it wasn't like he was scamming a bunch of kids". They could not have had less of an idea of what they were talking about.

Why does anyone who participated in these scams deserve a refund? They knowingly participated in illegal gambling. When a look at all parties involved, Blake Martinez, Whatnot, and the customers, it's the customers who are the less at fault. Blake Martinez and Whatnot do not deserve to keep any of the money. That would mean the customers deserve the money by elimination. They still chose to participate in illegal gambling. They're not completely innocent in this. They are more innocent than Blake Martinez and Whatnot. I guess that's all that matters.
