When prompted to clean my samsung drain and filter I can be sitting there on the floor for a good 30mins while the water drains out and have to ask my partner to help empty out about 7 mugfulls of water. Is this normal?! Because its a real pain!

The drain hose should never reach the trap. Pouring Clorox in the drain will kill the bacteria in your septic tank, which is needed to break down the solids.

Use less fabric conditioner, it is made of animal fats that turns into a greasy smelly residue around the drum & plastic parts!
