Once again there were more pop stars than country stars performing. I have yet to see Reba McIntire perform on the BET awards, or Garth Brooks perform on the RAP Awards shows... I love having all the talent interested in Country music, but the awards shows are to celebrate a particular genre and the people who perform it.. not for imposters and pop stars looking to stretch.
