I've put in an order, In all honesty the aspect ratio and the missing first letter don't bother me given its form factor and price. Going to chuck it in the suitcase for work trips.
I also just ordered one. The cons seem worth it to me as well. Being able to play the retro games is my main concern. The PS1 and beyond aren't really what I'm looking for.
At the end of the video you mention there is one save slot per game. Does it actually work or not? It wasn't very clear Also, can you add your own roms or not?
Hi, the HDMI plug on my Y6 broke so I can't plug it to my TV anymore. Can I take the Micro SD card out and plug it to my laptop or computer and play the games there? If so, do I have to configure anything? Thank you!

Just curious if the emulation software is on the stick itself or the memory card?? Was going to say.. if its on the stick, might need a hack to change to out for the better version of the software. Or if it's on the sd card, just update the software with a newer version that allows to modify the settings.

Yes, if your tv supports changing aspect ratios you could change that yourself. Note that not all systems use 4:3 though and I don't know of any TVs that would support 3:2 or Gameboy aspect ratios natively.
Hi guys, I was uploading some games in the micro sd, and I do not know what happened, but the N64 emulator is not appearing in the system. When I turn it on, all the consoles appear except the n64. Any idea what it could be, please? In the sd memory, it appears the n64 folder with the games. Thank you in advance
My mode button doesn't work and can't go back to main menu I need to unpower the usb all the time. Suggest to fix this? Plus I and don't know how to switch multiplayer on. My 12 and 6 years sons wants to play 1vs1 at Tekken 6 but the second joypad (green light) works in the main menu but not in the games. How can I fix this?? Please answer!
i own this and the controller does indeed lag while in emulation but not while in the menu. so the emulation is very poorly configured on this device. deal breaker for anyone needing perfect input but probably fine for when family shows up for the holidays or something similar

Everything 😂 I have is an old asus rog strix b450-f Gaming Motherboard atx and atx PSU ... yet wished I could make it portable 😢😢 I bought the parts before covid so I was happy but didn't realize the case I bought was heavyyyy (corsair 275r) I only liked was the vertical gpu slot

It's on the memory card and runs EmuElec. Not aware of any firmware upgrades available or fan images, but one can hope.
What would you recommend as being 1 step up from here in terms of price and performance?
Has anyone any idea how to delete and/or put new roms onto this. Can't find any rom folders on the sd card, only Emulec operating files. Thanks

as a side note you can remove most of the stretching if your tv supports forcing 4:3 in the video settings

Assuming you installed the USB adapter, you may have defective controllers. There isn't a pairing function.
QUICK QUESTION! Can you swap out the controllers it comes with? Is it possible to use a Xbox controller if you have the dongle for the controller?
It MAY be possible, but at least in my testing with a few different controllers (including xbox) it didn't work by default.

For 4:3 yes, but not 10:9 for Gameboy, NGPC, etc. And you'd need to change it on and off when you switched systems.
