Legacy MACHINIST 1621 Cruel Fighter Extreme Valtan G2 Hard Mode - Lost Ark

Extreme Valtan Hard Mode Gate 2 on my Legacy Machinist. Finally a boss that does not die fast for us Machinist to do some damage. I am looking forward to Thaemine, hoping it will be a similar experience as extreme valtan.
40 set elixir, Master (Order).

Is Evolution Legacy needed to be lvl3? If not, im planning on putting Barricade because right now i noticed that i do less damage with lvl2 raid captain compared to Barricade lvl2

You do not need Evolution Legacy lv3. Leaving it at level 1 will give you more dmg in a 5x3+1 setup
