No woman should have to come onto a public forum and have to ask people to not discuss her weight, reproductive status or financial choices unless specifically invited to do so. Just because you share your crafting, doesn’t mean that people are entitled to be privy to your personal life. Good on you for setting some boundaries. Keep on crafting and being fabulous xx

At 63 years old, I’ve spent my whole life hearing other people comment on my body. We live in a world where it should never OK to comment on someone else’s body. You go girl❤
You hit the nail on the head...your viewers feel like they know you, so you're a friend and not a stranger. So, that's why they feel it's OK to ask the personal questions. One of the pitfalls of this medium. But, just because someone asks doesn't mean you have to answer. Just keep inspiring us with your crafts 😉.

I love the idea of combining all of your hobbies into one central video. I love cross stitch and knitting and your projects are always wonderful. I’m. You do not need to justify what you will share and talk about or not. Setting up “rules, or guidelines” for yourself is extremely healthy. Whatever your CZcams format, I will watch. You are the very first flosstube I began watching when I renewed my interest in crossstitch. I’m now learning to juggle that craft with my knitting. I admire the way you answered these intrusive questions. Especially knowing that you didn’t have to acknowledge them, at all. Your CZcams channel is another facet of you - like a room in your house. By the way, who would have the audacity to walk into your house and criticize your decor or ask you how much you paid for a furniture item? Sheesh. I encourage you to continue being you.
