+Jayton Hawkins The most iconic community creations came from Halo 3. As someone who had been involved since the beginning, forge itself improved, but maps did not.
Given To Fly 93 The only reason they were iconic, and the only reason you hold them to such high regard, is because you have good memories of the game. I mean, how exactly would you compare community creations like Speed Halo to the ones built on a half-assed map editor? The competitive map-making community was barely a thing when Halo 3 was around. With Reach thru H2A, we actually had a decent tool.
+Jayton Hawkins it's not nostalgia, there were competitive maps in H3 because it was the last good mechanic game. Reach and 4 were tailored to casuals. The forge maps followed. It's also why Halo was dropped from MLG.
My favourite forge era was easily Halo 3! I loved the blocks, and people made some really awesome maps with it. Albeit it did take a long time to make them, but awesome nonetheless!
+Mr Pokephile Halo 3 was also the best halo, IMO. Forging with friends and taking time to create good looking seamless maps really was a satisfying accomplishment, I felt that Halo Reach, while it did give me everything I was asking for, didn't give me the same motivation. Maybe it was simply my love for foundry's palette.
+Very Nice "a good infection" you mean where there's shitty green spartans with swords instead of ACTUAL flood? Yeah I'd rather not have that. However, there is one change that I would like, and that is for there to be NO armor abilities in infection.
+Austin Stevanovic honestly if you hated reach just because armor lock most likely you just sucked or were a whiney baby I never had a problem with it I sucked at it but never cared if anyone else used it
+TheBerb9 Absolutely, I remember entire days playing things like speed halo and other mini games, fat kid on 5 levels was funnier in h3 tho... great times anyway and cant wait for december's update
I had the most fun with Halo 3's, the most obsession with Reach's and the most respect for H2 anniversary's. H4's pieces looked like what would happen if storm troopers wandered into the abstract thought building in the movie Inside Out.
I love the halo 3 days! The community was booming. I didn't release a map that got less than 5000 downloads. I had so much fun testing with fans and teaching people all the techniques. Those were some good times. Forge has come a long way and so have I as a designer. We will always be held down by the limitations of forge but as it gets better, we will all be putting out better content!
I loved modded Forge Island, especially maps that increased the budget. Such modifications allowed for massive natural maps- maps so large they might be called canvases in their own right. This allowed for things like Salvation to actually take form in the last days of Halo 4.
my favorite was Reach forge , it was so beautifull and open to every type of forge style. and I like ride on a warthog or falcon trough the empty map just because it so cool ^^
You never mentioned Ghost merging in Halo 3. :'( I feel like that gave Bungie the idea for phasing objects in Reach. Maybe not, but I'd like to think more the commonly known Forge techniques known today happened because of Bungie learning from the Halo 3 Forge community.
+iPlayiOS Ghost Merging was a product of geo-merging. It was technically the same thing, but a different way of doing it. It felt redundant to talk about it, as when I referred to merging - it meant the same thing!
+Mr Pokephile I'm not so sure about that bro. Ghost merging was for more than just merging objects into the ground. It was an actively phased block that the player could move around into anything. It's pretty much exactly what the "Phased Object" concept in Reach ended up being. Ghost merging was a revolutionary glitch by itself when it was discovered. No one geo merged or used that primitive interlocking technique after it. It was definitely worth a mention in my opinion.
***** Yeah, I can't change them without a parent account, which I don't even have, because I bought the xbox, xbox live and made all the accounts. Must've messed up somewhere..
Halo: Reach was when i started to play Halo online (although i had played every previous Halo game, just without Xbox Live), so i would definitely have to say that seeing the community build amazing and beautiful maps on that game really inspired me to do the same. I had played Reach almost nonstop from when it released, to when Halo 4 came out a few years later. I can proudly say that many of my favorite memories, like game nights and forging astonishing things with friends, were made on Reach so I would have to say Reach was certainly my favorite era of Forge...so far. I'd love for Halo 5's to top it
Dear Mr. Pokephile, Forging is the primary reason I ever got into halo. The story line and everything else came later. I've been forging in halo since halo 4, so needless to say, I had a late start. Nevertheless it's pretty much all I've done since I started. Now I live pretty much out in the middle of nowhere with practically no internet whatsoever. This sorta of helped to bolster forging. You see, the only way I could enjoy halo with friends was with split screen or LAN link. This encourage me to make maps that we all enjoyed playing together, so we weren't just playing the developer maps given to us. Ever since Halo 5 was announced my first thoughts were on forge. I was beyond thrilled to think of what new things 343 would do with forge, especially after the work and energy they put into halo 2 anniversary's forge. When I first got a glimpse of halo 5's forge, it knocked my socks off. Until I discovered that 343 had sacrificed split screen local matchmaking for the sake of graphics
The halo 3 forge community is what i miss. The maps were so amazing because of the difficulty involved in making them. In many ways it was a pioneering era in gaming, at least as far as console gaming is concerned. Mapmakers had existed in games before but never to such an extent and coupled with such a widespread and thriving community. I remember checking out forgehub every day to see what cool new maps and gametypes had been made, or even new forging techniques. Weekly game nights testing out new games and playing old favorites. Those are some memories I'll always cherish from that time in my life. Maps on newer games are breathtakingly beautiful and seamless compared to the old halo 3 maps which were godawful ugly, but they've lost their charm as far as i'm concerned. Just like how newer trucks look sleek and all but the old models have a certain charm that just isn't present in new models. I'll openly admit that nostalgia plays a big role in my opinion, but i can pop in h3 and i know i'll still have a good time playing custom games with the old gang.
Absolutely agreed, that "era" won't be replicated, probably. Getting onto Bungie Favorites, trying to get featured on FH...those were great times. The community was amazing and the level of creativity and ingenuity was astounding. It was like forge became an art form, lol. And, IMO, it is much more interesting to play a map created with building blocks than with pre-set, transparent objects.
I had the most fun with reach. Not only was forge world awesome, it has useful forge objects and the armor/elites in reach were great for machinamas. I loved master chef collections forge but since the player base dropped off I had no one to play with and it became useless. Just got halo 5 forge without a doubt it's the best of all of them. Once you get past the controls you can make things that would put my best reach maps to shame in a matter of minutes. It's truly a game changer
Oh man..... the parts about halo 3 brought a tear to my eye. With Behold a Pale Horse playing, and the hundreds of hours of my life I spent doing forging. The feels man, no other video game has ever made me feel that way.
Halo 3 was my favorite era of forging simply for the level of creativity and dedication. Limits were broken, boundaries were pushed and it was just constantly evolving. It was a pain to do even some of the simplest things, but the payoff was just so rewarding. Halo Reach was probably my next favorite simply because it opened opened up so many opportunities. It was just amazing to be able to build so many amazing things so much easier. That feeling the first time you enter Forge World and your mind just starts racing with ideas. Halo 4 improved some, but the game was just not strong enough. The improvements were nice but they didn't revolutionize in quite the same way. I have not played anniversary so I have no idea of that. Having seen the stuff in Halo 5 it looks like it's going to allow for a whole new revolution of forge. Simply seeing some of the things people have been able to do in Halo 5's forge is astounding.
Agree with everything you said. Used to be a massive Halo fan but after Halo 4... I kinda stopped following the entire franchise. I don't think I'll get Halo 5, which was the first Halo game after Halo 2 I didn't buy on release day...
my god forge islands was fucking insulting. Community: "we want a better forge world to work with!" 343 internally: "Igor, place 3 identical terrain objects in an ocean" *5 minutes later* 343 to community: "we made a forge world for ya cunts!"
+Rythaze Well, with Halo 5's pieces, we can modify the reflectiveness, and the color. So that's already a step in the right direction for building Covenant and Forerunner themed maps. Especially since decals and certain textures can be applied.
I love Halo: Reach because of the forge world and the nostalgic feeling because Halo: Reach forge was the first forge i have EVER played. Plus the simplicity of it
December 3rd cant wait for all the role play maps. Reach was absolutly the best forge game esspecially for forge world which was the absolute best halo map in existence.
I was so naive when Reach forge came out. I was looking forward to forging a city, complete with two boardable ships as bases for spartans vs elites. A frigate, and a covenant cruiser. I hope I can achieve this dream in halo 5's forge.
But they need to actually add good forge maps into rotation for multiplayer, making it fresh like reach did. They need file share and 343 favorites. I dont want halo 5 to end up like 4 or mcc where we never saw any forge maps or playlists!
I loved the ingenuity of forgers in Halo 3. It was amazing what people could pull off in that game with the limited system. I would download hundred of maps just to walk through them and be amazed at how remarkable people could be.
I got my 1st Xbox in 2011 and it came with reach. I was originally a PC Halo player but my computer died. Anyway, Reach's forge was cool and as a forge noob back in the day, I actually expected the blocks to interlock. So I had to use precision which took A LOT of my time. But it wasn't as bad as Halo 3's as I played it after reach (I was a Halo fan on PC) because I was Like: "Forge was like this in 2007?". Halo 4 rolled around and I loved the Forge pallet. Whilst the blocks didn't look all that great, I still got to build my map faster & easier thanks to the magnets ant Item locking. I even invented a new base out of 4 buildings and several bridges. And it felt BEASTLY! I even thought of an amazing map using Lord Zedd's (Almost)infinite item mod. Which then takes me to Halo 2A's Forge. I didn't Need Lord Zedd's item mod anymore. Because I built a Giant Sexy MASTERPIECE, Though I couldn't finish it due to limited items. But it does look Amazing, I promise you that. With Halo 5's Forge right around the corner, it's already given me a few map ideas. Not only am I going to recreate my dream map(And actually complete it this time), I've also thought of remaking a couple of old favorites from Halo 2. I just wish 343i can expand the boundaries on Alpine so we can go out into the water, that's a crucial part of my map.
I liked the forge mode from Halo Reach the most mainly because of forge world, something about that map was just perfect for forge. I would absolutely love to see them bring it back in Halo 5's forge mode
I can't wait for Halo 5's forge to come out! I keep thinking of all the stuff we could with the new features and blocks they introduced us. Ex : Fire! That's something I think will be really, along with the smoke and other functions... Anyways, great video :)
halo reach forge has brought me the most good childhood memories but halo 5 forge is easily the best most advanced forge of them all, so much functionality and creative freedom
I personally loved Halo: Reach's forge, and still love it to this day. The way Reach revolutionized forge is beyond comparison. Even with the standard forerunner pallet for almost all forge pieces and blocks, you could manipulate the pieces into something even more grand. A human outpost, perhaps, or a Covenant cruiser. The possibilities were endless, and still are. Many advancements in Reach's forge has come about, and with backwards compatibility coming soon for Halo: Reach, I can only imagine what the forgers of old will come up with next in Reach. This is in now way to say that the other Halos did poor in their forging experience, quite the opposite. But, even with Halo 3's great father of them all, and advancements soon to come with Halo 5, Halo: Reach changed the way we view creation of a single Halo game today.
My favorite Forge platform most definitely had to be Halo: Reach. I must have spent AT LEAST, 300 hours in that game. Forging anything from sculptures, to military bases, slayer maps ( a few i dare say where multiplayer worthy), even just having "base battles" as me and my friends called them. We would have a set budget, time frame, and selection of weapons and vehicles to build a base and then we would battle. It was fun. It made Halo much more intense and immersive. You could finally make and do the things you always wanted to see in the campaigns. Unfortunately for me, i made so much stuff in Reach's forge that i now go into Halo 5 forge and can't think of a single thing to make :P. Halo reach forge, hands down
Honestly, what I'd like-and I know I'm very late with this comment- is a mix of Reach-including something like Forge world-and 5, with prefabs, scripting, and dedicated sky and groundboxs that are blank for us to create a map of.
Honestly, even though forging could take hours upon hours, Halo 3 was my favorite. I mean that was when real talent was needed, patience, and just amazing skill. You could load up a map and look around and tell the work that went into it. It separated the great from the mediocre and it really was art when making maps. Although forge has come a long way and is so innovated now, i wish there was that same talent involved rather than just seeing the community flooded with the same old things over and over. But all in all, i love forge through out the years.
For me, Halo Reach's forge was the best. I made this this awesome huge wheeled car and battleship scene on the beach with the tunnel to the hemorrhage map location.
I will always love halo 3's forge because you knew who gave time into their maps, it was hard to make a map which made it feel like you achieved something when you are done. Halo reach had the best forge. Easiest to use, Forge world, file sharing, forge world bigger pallet, forge world. Yeah... I would have been fine with sandtrap again with updated tools but forge world was the best thing to that game and no other map had done better as of now.
Unless your like me, where you got so used to the controls for the previous games that your forging skills have gone down by 64%, hopefully in time I'll get used to the controls and regain my skills in forge mode
I love forging. It is one of my favorite things to do. Or was. I dedicated alot of my time to thinking up maps. But i gave up. I told myself that i should stop because i just didn't have it in me. I think i was just too impatient. I worked on a map for hours, but never dedicated days or weeks to it. Probably making my creations...choppy and bad. I am excited for 5's Forge. I'm starting again. I'm gonna forge and i won't give up this time. I just hope my skills in map making will improve
Halo 3 was my FAVOURITE forge, not because it was better than the other ones from the series, but because I felt special. I built a 2 way elevator for gosh sakes!!! Made me feel like I revolutionized halo 3 forge lol
I loved the Halo 3 era. The game was booming during that time, and as forge got better, sadly Halo's population for customs and forge got smaller and smaller. Ah, there used to be a day where I hopped on the Xbox and 20 something people invited me daily to play customs. Now, I have to actively look for groups. How times have changed.
if i can take one thing from all the new games that i like, its the forge, its really amazing, halo 2 anniversary and halo 5's forge mode are both really something, reach was also amazing for the time, i loved forge world i spent more time on reach forge than in forge on any other halo game(halo 2 anniversary is catching up though), i also have some really nostalgic memories of forge on sandtrap, was so much fun yet so simple
Forge world still stands to be the best canvas in my opinion. It had a good large open areas and more areas like traditional levels not just being a blank canvas and making it more interesting.
Does anyone else feel like the graphics have pretty much only gotten worse since Halo 3/Reach? The most recent stuff just looks unrendered and plastic. It seems like they went for realism in the past but just weren't able to fully get there because of the technology, whereas now they absolutely have the technology but for some reason they're giving us this glossy plastic stuff...just doesn't seem like the right direction.
No, they don't have the technology. Even 3 years after you made this comment, consoles are still a weak system, and there isn't a snowballs chance in hell they would be getting the 60 fps they are getting now with realistic visuals. Sorry bud
In about a year I'll be celebrating the tenth aniversery of when I started matchmaking. Back then Halo matchmaking was nothing like COD. Those games were different. Both used to have so many inavative ideas and tricks up their sleves. But even though 3 was my first matchmaking game, I'll always love Halo CE and 2. The fathers and grandfathers to Reach, 4 and 5. Happy 11th and 15th birthday CE and 2.
You got yourself a new sub! Also I thought Halo Reach had the best forge it was so easy to use it made really fun and that's how I got into the forge community.
The true strength of Forge has always been the content creators. People complaining about "this new versions worse than before!" need to realize that its only THEM thats holding them back.
I love forge ! I always played it more then any game mode to be honest my favorite is halo reach. The template and colors in halo reach didn't get boring after awhile and i loved that i wasn't getting bombarded by loading screens when i switch back to player mode i love all forge modes but reach was my favorite
In halo 5 i hope they add some kind of people like grunts or some thing like that for a cool map that you got to face them with your friends or just your self, ik a lot of people has made halo 3 moded maps for like that but they can just have that in halo 5 forge instead moding them and only the people that mod them thay only can play offline or with some on who comes over there house and plays
I liked the infection maps for halo 3. like the one that starts on the ocean in Zanzibar and it starts you on big towers and they try to knock them down.
My favorite forge was h2a because we actually were able to make things disappear when they were triggered. Another reason is because I made a lot of maps on skyward and so I had to use a good bit of the terrain pieces and if I didn't have those then the map just wouldn't look right so h2a is my favorite but I can't wait till halo 5 forge comes out!
Halo reaches forge was the beat and that's for two simple reasons in my opinion 1: reach was when halo was damn near at its peak of popularity so more people made more maps 2: halo reach has the perfect mix between complexity and simplicity it was just simple enough were a casual fan could go make a map and have fun doing so but had enough features where dedicated forgers could really flex there muscles in like halo 5 where it took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to spawn items
My favourite forge was the one in halo reach, I just liked how much better it was from halo 3 and how flexible the forge was in general. It would have been better with more natural objects like rocks, trees, vines, bushes, etc.
I absolutely loved Forge World in Halo Reach, no other Forge after it has been as great, it wasnt that it had tons upon tons of things that could make the maps larger and better. Rather everything worked smoothly i made a map based around the anime Dragon Ball Z. I had a gamemode setup and everything it was great. I had loads of fun with Halo 3 as well, but Halo Reach has stood out the most to me.
As much as I LOVE halo 5's Forge , my only complaint would be the absence of Forge World , I ABSOLUTELY LOVED This map, it was just so easy to work with and the terrain was amazing , where as the newer forge canvases are just dull and boring , but with a lot of space, This is also why I hated Forge Island it was just so flat and dull just like the newer ones. i just want Forge World back, if not , then a canvas similar to it - with cliffs, beaches, islands, canyons, and everything else that made Forge world so great.
The people who think Halo 3's Forge was better than any of the others are obviously being blinded by nostalgia.
That era of forge was by far the best.
Blaze Dillon The community was the strongest, but the Forge in Halo 3 was god awful
+Jayton Hawkins The most iconic community creations came from Halo 3. As someone who had been involved since the beginning, forge itself improved, but maps did not.

no reach was the best
Reach > any other halo
+Mr Pokephile reach. Maybe halo 5
+Mr Pokephile i cant be the only one who is saying bring forge world back but have new stuff with it
+Mr Pokephile Halo 3 was also the best halo, IMO. Forging with friends and taking time to create good looking seamless maps really was a satisfying accomplishment, I felt that Halo Reach, while it did give me everything I was asking for, didn't give me the same motivation. Forge is cool in all but if they don't bring back file share there's no point
+Josh King Don't worry, they said it will be coming back along with forge.
also they need good infection. not the shitty infection from Halo 4
+Very Nice reach infection was way too easy, so I hope they don't. Just s out anyone can get 80+ kills every game
+Very Nice "a good infection" you mean where there's shitty green spartans with swords instead of ACTUAL flood? Yeah I'd rather not have that. However, there is one change that I would like, and that is for there to be NO armor abilities in infection.
ThEsHaDoW343 Well go play halo 4 and leave the adults to the real(ish) games.
Halo reach's forge was the one I liked the most. There where so many cool creations and maps and a big costume game community...
+gunter guntersson I remember the days when people hated reach so badly because of the armor lock ability, but now people are praising it.
+Austin Stevanovic honestly if you hated reach just because armor lock most likely you just sucked or were a whiney baby I never had a problem with it I sucked at it but never cared if anyone else used it
I never hated it, I actually loved it! It was cool being invincible. I just said that the people hated it not me.

Heroic Map Pack release date: December 11, 2007.
Mythic Map Pack Part 1 release date: April 9, 2009.
Really now?
I noticed that too. Little things like that don't pass with Halo vets.
Halo has changed so much since CE. I can't wait to forge in Halo 5! Great video Sean.

I love you because we share the same name! Also your cooler than the others :)
Halo Reach's forge is still the best.
Hell yeah
+TheBerb9 yeah i made some of my best maps on reach. But i also made some pretty boss maps on four.
yes
+TheBerb9 Absolutely, I remember entire days playing things like speed halo and other mini games, fat kid on 5 levels was funnier in h3 tho... great times anyway and cant wait for december's update
Didn't have magnets, duplication, scripting, natural environment, etc. so no.
I had the most fun with Halo 3's, the most obsession with Reach's and the most respect for H2 anniversary's. H4's pieces looked like what would happen if storm troopers wandered into the abstract thought building in the movie Inside Out.
Reach had the best forge by far!
5:00 We also had rocks in reach
Forge on HALO Reach was the Best
Not anymore
Sorry but halo 5 had a really good froge
@@minilla2382 It has intuitive controls, it doesn't feel like there is too much, like halo 5's, though I would only want human/covey walls
I love the halo 3 days!

File Share needs to be returned, as Reach's system. Theater also needs to be fixed and and able to bring multiple people into it like in Halo 3
Yes! I agree with all of that.
you mean file browser?
_Halo 2_ allowed shooting rockets through teleporters!
Halo 3 and reach forge era was amazing!
my favorite was Reach forge , it was so beautifull and open to every type of forge style. and I like ride on a warthog or falcon trough the empty map just because it so cool ^^

Reach was my best time in Forge, also, IMO the best machinimas, are, and so far always will be made there. On th forge part, Halo 5's gonna kick ass!
***** Yes, I know! :D shame I'm still having some pain in the ass privacy problems on XBox which mame me unable to use forge or theater.

Halo Reach. That's where it all began for me. But that opinion may change very soon, when I can get hands-on with Halo 5's Forge.

speaking of h2a... where's that alien isolation lets forge

Community: "we want a better forge world to work with!"
343 internally: "Igor, place 3 identical terrain objects in an ocean"
*5 minutes later*
343 to community: "we made a forge world for ya cunts!"
I'm still really hoping that they add different specie themed blocks (human, covenant, forerunner).
+Rythaze Well, with Halo 5's pieces, we can modify the reflectiveness, and the color. So that's already a step in the right direction for building Covenant and Forerunner themed maps.
Especially since decals and certain textures can be applied.
+Rythaze i wish they would add ragdolls or Clones
+Rythaze you forgot flood.
Adam Ewan Keachie Never thought about that!
Rythaze they could add it in a patch.
What about the coordinate system introduced in Halo: Reach? That thing is my best friend.
My favorite glitch in forge. Putting grav cannons in boxes and flying away IT WAS AMAZING
I love Halo: Reach because of the forge world and the nostalgic feeling because Halo: Reach forge was the first forge i have EVER played. Plus the simplicity of it
Halo 4!! The modding community was HUGE in Halo 4, which led to modded game types, and modded maps. Awe it was so beautiful!!!
December 3rd cant wait for all the role play maps. Reach was absolutly the best forge game esspecially for forge world which was the absolute best halo map in existence.
I put hours and hours into the Reach forge mode. there'll never be another forge like it. Forge world was amazing.
I was so naive when Reach forge came out. I was looking forward to forging a city, complete with two boardable ships as bases for spartans vs elites. A frigate, and a covenant cruiser. I hope I can achieve this dream in halo 5's forge.
3:38 I remember the very first map that I made on Reach was a giant bridge that went over that little space.
Forge and the forge community reached a golden era during Reach. I don't think there was ever a better time in gaming for me before or after that.
Watching this really brought back memories and countless hours of working forge haha
I actually miss working on sandbox. Definitely one of my favorite canvases
Halo Reach's forge holds a special place in my heart. Easily the best for me, although I do like H2:A and I haven't tested 5's enough yet.
Halo reach forge, hands down
Favorite era was Reach. Loved the size and looks of Forge World.
Honestly, what I'd like-and I know I'm very late with this comment- is a mix of Reach-including something like Forge world-and 5, with prefabs, scripting, and dedicated sky and groundboxs that are blank for us to create a map of.
Booted up my halo reach i just sat there for an hour cause i was overwhelmed with nostalgia
I loved the halo reach forge era! I really liked how u can download maps and game types by other people!
Can't wait for halo 5 forge!!!!
Me either
+TheEvilPanda gonna be shit i tell ya nothing good has yet to come from 343 yet
+Bananabob39 So have you came to swallow those words?
+Bananabob39 Are you just mad that you could never forge right in halo 3,reach and 4...Don't feel mad I couldn't either intill halo 5
Unless your like me, where you got so used to the controls for the previous games that your forging skills have gone down by 64%, hopefully in time I'll get used to the controls and regain my skills in forge mode
Halo Reach, just seeing the footage of Forge world made me remember the huge amount of time i put in there
Halo Reach I believe was the best, I spent absolutely ages creating bases that me and my buddies fought over on split screen on my little 19" tv 😂
My lord, the nostalgia!!!!
Sorry bud
Is it because of your so called nostalgia
343 should really put a forge world into every game, that is one map that will never stop being loved.
That huge halo ring is what i need for my space ship map
Halo 5 is definitely my favorite Forge era :)

Man, I CANNOT wait for Halo 5's Forge. Just another month to go! 😁
My favorite forge is halo 2 anniversary because you were able to have open areas to work with and able to place terrain
My favorite forge era was halo 3 because i used to have a blast with all my friends on defend the bridge
This video needs to be updated since Halo 5's Forge is so great!
Halo reaches forge was the beat and that's for two simple reasons in my opinion
1: reach was when halo was damn near at its peak of popularity so more people made more maps
2: halo reach has the perfect mix between complexity and simplicity it was just simple enough were a casual fan could go make a map and have fun doing so but had enough features where dedicated forgers could really flex there muscles in like halo 5 where it took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to spawn items
My favourite forge was the one in halo reach, I just liked how much better it was from halo 3 and how flexible the forge was in general. It would have been better with more natural objects like rocks, trees, vines, bushes, etc.
Sweet.
Early December? Where'd you hear that!? If it is early Dec I'm gonna be hyped as hell. I'm so hyped for H5 Forge. Really need Infection though.
Mid december* They said right before the holiday. I'd expect it about the same time as November's update if it isn't delayed at all.
When I was younger I never had played Campaign or Multiplayer, I played forge.
Halo 5 forge is so complex and hard that i love it so much!
I so happy that forge is coming out for halo 5 soon! it's so close!
Favorite forge era was halo reach: precision editing, awesome mini games, and forge world took it away from any other forge
My god i can't wait until Christmas.
My favorite Forge eras are definitely a close tie between Halo 3 and Reach, but if I had to pick only one it would probably be Halo 3's forge.
You need to do another one of these now that both Halo 5 and Infinite have Forge modes.
REACH! Forge World still can't be beat
"Better Control Scheme." Ha. Ha ha. Took me months to figure out the controls, and I have been forging since Halo 3's original release.
I'd love to see this updated after Halo 6 forge comes out.
May favourite forge era was reach.
