Clutch Alignment - 2019 Polaris RZR XP 1000

This is our first attempt at a "how to" video. I have a nagging belt noise and decided to try to fix it. Hopefully the clutch alignment does the trick. This video will walk you through the process, step by step, with all the tools you need to do the job. Hope this helps you guys out.

Secondary inner spider rollers. Thats what fixed my squeal on my 2019 RZR XP 1000.

The scotchbright pad is to clean belt residue off the sheaves. I squirt a bit of brake cleaner on the pad.

I'm just amazed every time you turn around somebody is trying to align it Polaris clutch can Polaris not do that at the factory

Did the alignment on the clutch work mine is making the same noise little noisy in low but high is really noisy let me know please

It certainly helped it but its still there. Not nearly as bad.
