This is awesome! Yes if I eat too many carbs I sure feel sluggish. This happened Saturday I ate more than normal and felt awful. I try to limit my portion control I am on weight watchers which helps me. I don’t do my planned meals on paper but I try to have meals ready for a few days it’s such a challenge on busy days. Thank you for sharing! Do you use the prayerful planner?🙋🏻♀️

That is one of my favorite sticker books! So are you doing just mock spreads? I need more recipes for my kids. They love veggies and home cooked meals. They are spoiled! Do you have any suggestions for crock pot meals?
Yes I'm just doing mock spreads. I haven't used a crock pot in years, so can't help you there, and no kids in the house...apologies. Do you have an air fryer?
@@KarenSeifert Yes but in the winter I love to use my crock pot. I just feel like I am cooking the same stuff. It is so expensive with these two. I am having to plan every meal.
the yes was about my air fryer. I love it. Mine is the Ninja that folds up. I can't remember the name, but my parents got it for me for Christmas 2 years ago and I love it. It also bakes, broils, toasts, all the good stuff.@@KarenSeifert

My husband likes to grill, so I have never tried steak in the air fryer.
