True fact, if you use one eye when throwing or shooting something, it actually will not be as accurate as using both. Which is ironic, since snipers and archers always use one eye when aiming a shot. I feel like dan should have lost the first round so that his life gauge is brought to at least 20% and then spectra should have lost 50-60% and then dan should have turned the tide to make it look like a death battle. It would make this match more intense imo.
It's actually better this way. Drago has been getting increasingly stronger than Helios, it is good that in the final battle, while still challenging, it is made clear that Drago is simply stronger than Helios no matter how many ways he finds to boost his power. Otherwise, Helios wouldn't have arrived to the humbling conclusion so naturally, he needed to reach this point where he is beat even after his very last ditch efforts to win no matter what. This silly show may be far from perfect, but the rivalry between Drago in Helios and the intensity of how personal it is is some surprisingly compelling writing. I love Hydranoid as much as the next person, but personally I think Helios is a much better rival for Drago, I just can't really agree with the sentiment that Hydranoid was the best villain Bakugan.

Things that would’ve made this fight better: - The number one change: THE BRAWLERS AREN’T THERE! (IMO the battle on Vestal Palace in episode 25 was the best Dan vs Spectra battle, the ones afterwards had the brawlers and everybody else involved which distracted us from Dan and Spectra) - Helios evolved to match Helix Drago - Spectra use his knowledge of battle the right way but grows more unhinged as the battle wages on - Both Dan and Spectra had low health bars with a sudden death feel like Dan and Masquerade’s final battle - Drago is forced to use the perfect core to win - Dan and Spectra have another sword fight with Dan winning
Helios already had evolved twice (Viper -> Cyborg -> MKII). We actually had Helios's second evolution before Drago's (Neo -> Cross -> Helix). Other than that, everything would have been nice to see
This is the episode that made me love Spectra more than Masquerade. This is one of the episodes that made me love New Vestroia as a whole season. Yes my favorite battle is still back on New Vestroia at the 3rd city where Drago and Helios were using all 6 attributes -> Dan and Spectra dueling with swords on their gauntlets. But to see Spectra and Helios to accept and acknowledge Dan and Drago are the best and deciding to work with them. Wow. Masquerade is also amazing and I wish he/Alice had more of an impact on this season (they would be have probably kept my favorite rival instead), but Spectra and Helios were amazing rivals to Dan and Drago and their story is part of why New Vestroia was an incredible follow up from Season 1

They could split into two and could have taken care of elfin and wilda and Helios can take on drago single-handedly considering that he literally sent elfin and wilda to ball form with Ragnarok canon . It would make the match a bit more even imo and spectra might even win that battle like that.
I think Helios merely lost in E31 because Drago’s power was tripled because of Apollonir’s power. Helios was more than a match for Wilda and Elfin. Also, Spectra is different throughout the second arc. He’s satisfied with Helios’ power but supports him because if not for Helios, Spectra would never had hope to create the Ultimate Bakugan. Spectra deeply respects Helios because they’re very much alike. Helios is Spectra’s equal, just like Dharak with Barodius. Unlike Masquerade who considered Hydranoid a mere pet. Plus, Cyborg Helios was incredibly powerful but not invincible, and as such the Perfect Core was able to beat him before he was infused with the Maxus pieces, giving Helios the power of all six attributes. It’s logical that although Helios MK2 is powerful, that Cross Dragonoid can defeat him because his Perfect Core abilities became more powerful. However, I won’t deny that Helios is the superior one. Without the Perfect Core, Drago almost lost to Helios, although he fully evolved. That shows how powerful Helios really is. Spectra was determined to prove himself as the best, but he did so primarily for Helios. When Helios gave up, so did Spectra. Helios perceived his destiny as the strongest being because he sacrificed his biology for it. When Helios realised he endangered Spectra, he chose their bond over his desire for power.

Spectra is not playing at his full strength here. If he evolves Helios into infinity Helios using forbidden cards or vestal technology here drago will be done for and that's a fact.

Spectra lost many fights with Dan, including inside his destroyer and his final fight Drago defense abilities can withstand and dodge Helios most powerfull ability and can even use the power of the core inside him if really necessary but he prefer not to. Forbidden cards are too dangerous for Helios, I doubt Spectra would use them often If Spectra was better like you said, this series would have end a long time ago, You're smart enough to know that

If titanium drago fought Helios in this form, he would’ve been down in 1-2 attacks, Revolutional, Wonder Superior or the Dragon Force attacks would oneshot helios.
At least helios wasn't served perfect core(silent+infinity), six attribute energies, element, sacred orb, power from dragonoid collosus, ultimate warrior gene, gate and key,mechtagon Titan, 6+ evolutions, etc on a silver platter and , he still managed to keep up with him. According to rafe Titanium dragonoid=infinity helios Imagine if helios had all those things in his arsenal, it would have been next to impossible for kuso to beat spectra. Spectra would have become the no. 1 brawler after bombaploding kuso's a**.

Damn, that power of plot armour... In terms of abilities, Helios is much stronger than Helix Drago. But he lost even with the battle gear. Most of all, without a mechanism, he was not even considered a great rival, because he was losing even to Cross Drago. This is the first and only time the Farbas system failed. It didn't work against the damn ability that only increases the power level on 500, although it resisted multiple attacks before and after... Even the freakin' Infinity Core abilities! Helios can also increase his power level to the opponent's power level without Farbas (Battle against King Zenoheld 2) and has a very strong strong base shield (Battle against Zenoheld and Hydron). In fact, this fight is such a nonsense. Even though it's an anime for kids. Just no visible intrigue. Drago several times missed the heavy blows - but he does not care, he keeps fighting after BG blows without any fckn protection when Helios loses (even with mechanical perfect protection) with a single blow, and against the weakest attack of Drago... This is so fckd up... If Drago struck in final assault, the Helios was able to break through Galactic Dragon with Ragnarok Cannon and cause great damage to Drago (Damn that +500 and +600 -600). Even no need to talk about the way, how 900gs bakugan can defeat 1300gs bakugan in non-ability clash and break his BG. In season 1 everyone looses even if it's 10gs difference and the battle began without abilities. It simply points that you need to watch, but do not think about them... exactly the same as why so long Drago takes damage from BG that it could break down. There is no particular tension that Drago can lose, as it was in a battle with Hydranoid. Although Alpha Hydranoid really was equal in strength to Ultimate Dragonoid. Helios is stronger than Helix/Cross Drago even without the mechanism, but it was such a one sided fight, no action and tension, cause the main villain - the king. In season 3, every loser can make a better battle with Drago, can take him down. Helios was such poorly nerfed. As well as Spektra's intelligence.
Don't overthink the power levels dude. It's pretty obvious that helix drago would be far stronger than helios and galactic dragon probably hit like a bakugan sized freight train. Trying to act like power levels are some kind of irrefutable law of the show is the best way to not enjoy the battles

Galactic dragon couldn't crack the barrels of anyone's battle gear but spectra who literally developed drago's battle gear jetkor. How can spectra develop a better battle gear for drago that doesn't malfunction while fighting against the alternative or in gundalian invaders but not for helios? He literally brought zukanator in one of the later episodes which even broke through the indurated walls of the alternative and made more impact than jetkor did. Are you telling me that a technical know-how like spectra can't create something as destructive as zukanator before the final battle? And the writers also desisted spectra from upgrading/evolving helios. He was literally keeping up with the perfect core in the first half by upgrading/evolving helios. But he kept using helios mk2 after that. And don't tell me that helios probably reached his peak. Spectra literally reappeared in ms along with infinity helios which means helios had more evolutions to go through. This battle is rigged on so many levels.

Twin destructor level 3 ability would have hurt real hard. That thing literally held its ground against an attack from the alternative+farbros or zukanator that dent a hole in the alternative would have blasted both of them off . Had spectra used twin destructor in the first round , zukanator in the second round and forbidden card in the third round drago would have been done for and if he had evolved mk2 into infinity here, drago would have been obliterated from existence. That would be such a blast to watch.

In Season 3, Bakugan have a much weaker G-score abilities. Almost every ability in a level adds 400 points or subtracts 500 points. Helios has almost every ability with a huge G-score bonus. His abilities make a difference of 800 Gs and even 1200 Gs. At the same time, he has several variations of Farbas protection (RX, XM, D2), Exceed Charger and a mechanical shield. Potentially ideal defensive abilities. The Farbas defense is able to eliminate the deficit in 1800Gs. Drago can't be much stronger, because it's true that in Season 3, he could barely handle some weaklings and only really became strong when he evolved into Blitz Drago. So, in your opinion, any Bakugan like Rubanoid is stronger than Helios MK-2? This is funny. Helios was too strong in his abilities to lose to Drago, using all his strength and without plot armor, and at the same time show a beautiful fight
Idk I noticed that but I just assumed it was that FARVAS system or however you spell it. The thing that repairs all damage, but more than likely just an oversight.
Actually, the reason we don't see the hole is because he did it while the flaps on his chest were opened by Rangrok Cannon. The flaps closed after he finished the ability, therefore concealing the hole.
I keep watching Bakugan this is my 5th time watching it and I just love it so much in actually this is one of my favorite episodes Tuesday taco night I just don't know why they never actually put out the fifth season
Is this fight intense? Yes. But I feel like Spectra’s resugnation from evil comes mostly out of nowhere. Earlier episodes sowed doubt in his mind with things like losing Gus and fighting alongside Dan, but this still felt so sudden
And just like that, the best bad guy ever turns good. Dan...you ARE the best. I love your show. Hopefully the next bakugan game will be awesome like this show.

Without the Perfect Core, Drago almost lost to Helios, although he fully evolved. That shows how powerful Helios really is. Spectra was determined to prove himself as the best, but he did so primarily for Helios. When Helios gave up, so did Spectra. Helios perceived his destiny as the strongest being because he sacrificed his biology for it. When Helios realised he endangered Spectra, he chose their bond over his desire for power.

Spectra is not playing at his full strength here. If he evolves Helios into infinity Helios using forbidden cards or vestal technology here drago will be done for and that's a fact.

In terms of abilities, Helios is much stronger than Helix Drago. But he lost even with the battle gear. Most of all, without a mechanism, he was not even considered a great rival, because he was losing even to Cross Drago. This is the first and only time the Farbas system failed. It didn't work against the damn ability that only increases the power level on 500, although it resisted multiple attacks before and after... Even the freakin' Infinity Core abilities!
Helios can also increase his power level to the opponent's power level without Farbas (Battle against King Zenoheld 2) and has a very strong strong base shield (Battle against Zenoheld and Hydron). In fact, this fight is such a nonsense. Even though it's an anime for kids. Just no visible intrigue. Drago several times missed the heavy blows - but he does not care, he keeps fighting after BG blows without any fckn protection when Helios loses (even with mechanical perfect protection) with a single blow, and against the weakest attack of Drago... This is so fckd up... If Drago struck in final assault, the Helios was able to break through Galactic Dragon with Ragnarok Cannon and cause great damage to Drago (Damn that +500 and +600 -600). Even no need to talk about the way, how 900gs bakugan can defeat 1300gs bakugan in non-ability clash and break his BG. In season 1 everyone looses even if it's 10gs difference and the battle began without abilities.
It simply points that you need to watch, but do not think about them... exactly the same as why so long Drago takes damage from BG that it could break down. There is no particular tension that Drago can lose, as it was in a battle with Hydranoid. Although Alpha Hydranoid really was equal in strength to Ultimate Dragonoid. Helios is stronger than Helix/Cross Drago even without the mechanism, but it was such a one sided fight, no action and tension, cause the main villain - the king. In season 3, every loser can make a better battle with Drago, can take him down. Helios was such poorly nerfed. As well as Spektra's intelligence.
Don't overthink the power levels dude. It's pretty obvious that helix drago would be far stronger than helios and galactic dragon probably hit like a bakugan sized freight train. Trying to act like power levels are some kind of irrefutable law of the show is the best way to not enjoy the battles
@@thestain8004 nah this battle is plot Armor at its finest. Writers made all the odds stacked against spectra. Galactic dragon couldn't crack the barrels of anyone's battle gear but spectra who literally developed drago's battle gear jetkor.
How can spectra develop a better battle gear for drago that doesn't malfunction while fighting against the alternative or in gundalian invaders but not for helios?
He literally brought zukanator in one of the later episodes which even broke through the indurated walls of the alternative and made more impact than jetkor did.

And the writers also desisted spectra from upgrading/evolving helios. He was literally keeping up with the perfect core in the first half by upgrading/evolving helios.

Spectra literally reappeared in ms along with infinity helios which means helios had more evolutions to go through.

Had spectra used twin destructor in the first round , zukanator in the second round and forbidden card in the third round drago would have been done for and if he had evolved mk2 into infinity here, drago would have been obliterated from existence. That would be such a blast to watch.

@@thestain8004 yeah, that's a real cool excuse. So why do we need a logic? Why did they even add a G-score if we can just take a look at the battle? In Season 3, Bakugan have a much weaker G-score abilities. Almost every ability in a level adds 400 points or subtracts 500 points. Helios has almost every ability with a huge G-score bonus. His abilities make a difference of 800 Gs and even 1200 Gs. At the same time, he has several variations of Farbas protection (RX, XM, D2), Exceed Charger and a mechanical shield. Potentially ideal defensive abilities. The Farbas defense is able to eliminate the deficit in 1800Gs. Drago can't be much stronger, because it's true that in Season 3, he could barely handle some weaklings and only really became strong when he evolved into Blitz Drago. So, in your opinion, any Bakugan like Rubanoid is stronger than Helios MK-2? This is funny. Helios was too strong in his abilities to lose to Drago, using all his strength and without plot armor, and at the same time show a beautiful fight

Actually, the reason we don't see the hole is because he did it while the flaps on his chest were opened by Rangrok Cannon. The flaps closed after he finished the ability, therefore concealing the hole.

Is this fight intense? Yes. But I feel like Spectra’s resugnation from evil comes mostly out of nowhere. Earlier episodes sowed doubt in his mind with things like losing Gus and fighting alongside Dan, but this still felt so sudden
