As someone who has 3 Mr. Treegers (2 original and one season 2) I could not agree more where it fell on your list.
I honestly honestly don’t even know why this one is so good. It just feels really really nice when you put it on. There aren’t any features that aren’t also available on other bags. I scratch my head sometimes but then I just keep grabbing for this bag.

My favorite sling is the Bellroy Venture sling due to its slick design
I personally don't like buckles or exposed zippers on slings

Glad the Aviator was in your favorites! I'm waiting on the fabled 2.5L version. They've been saying it's coming out "in a month" for about three months but I still have hope. I have too many 1.5's as pocket relievers, and I'm smaller so the 3.5 takes up my whole width. 2.5 could be the king for me.
My loculus' straps have been used to carry my jacket and umbrella at points. I will edit the straps with small buckles because now it is more difficult to strap on a jacket.

One I also have and use for dog school is the heimplanet sling.
Another excellent review! Of the bags reviewed above, I kind of backed into the purchase of a Waterfield sling/hip pouch when it turned out that Nutsac didn't offer a "Butt Bag." I do so love Nutsac's sling bag and speed sling, but there are times of the year (read summer months) that a hip pack is, by design, just a more comfortable carry option. The Waterfield pack is a very usefully designed and incredibly well made. I am enjoying use of it! Looking forwaward to your next episode in this series of videos.
Bought a Loculus based on your previous videos. It just came in and it really is a great sling for the price!

After your review of Mr. Treeger I’m so into it, but I’m wondering if it’s just a little too small… can you do a direct comparison to another one you love like the kargo? Great reviews BTW! Helps simply complicate my bag addiction 🙃
What do you usually carry? It is indeed small. It’s CT3 sized. 3DC sized. It’s Boogie sized.

Which ones would you recommend to wear as a fanny pack?
Not toooooo many of these. The Cotopaxi is really good for that as is the evergoods one and some of the BDL. True hip packs would be a different list.

Im just being funny here. However, its very ironic to hear the guy who suggested Kargo put compression straps on the Loculus, to then say the compression straps on the Loculus are "unnecessary"! Lol 😆
Did I suggest compression straps? I'm gonna have to go back and watch the tape. :). I do think the oculus would benefit from a different strap set up. And now I've had well over a year with the bag so if my opinion changed, please don't think too ill of me!
By strap setup I mean the main strap
@@ThePerfectBag lol it was one of the two things you would've changed.
The first was to extend the Xpac across the whole front, and the 2nd thing was to replace those hook loops with compression straps.
I guess they didn't do exactly what you suggested though, bc they added both. Which I agree thatits a little much.
But nobody has watched your loculus review more than me. Lol
I love that bag, and they reviews are so few on CZcams.
I bought one about 6 months ago based mostly off your review. Not that you asked, but I think it would prob be better if they got rid of the little loops, and added a buckle and strap keeper on the compression straps.
One modification I made to the main strap was switching out the duraflex for a fidlock. I just can't take to feel and sound of that kind of duraflex.
But I'm not sure how I'd feel about a different should strap. The one on it is so comfortable. Plus it's a little big to wear on the chest for me.
But keep up the great reviews. Your def my go-to. Bag Reviewer!

How does the moto front sling feel when worn ur baacck?
It feels fine, but you lose a lot of function (it’s really best on your chest.
Surprised the AER Day Sling 3 Max isn’t on this list, unless its not a 2024 sling.
I mentioned it and talked about it in the City Sling 2 section - I was calling out ALL AER SLING - and those two in particular as very good.

#1 on your list barely got any explainations on why its good. I also can't fathom why such a basic bag is even on this list...
The Packolab samurai? Do you think that's a basic bag? I guess I'd have to disagree.
