- Hello, my dear friends! This week's first ASMR video is EYE YOGA. It's something I made up for myself, Light triggers with lots of following, measuring, framing your eye, focusing on a different circular object, some are shiny some are not. This video is not only visual, but there are also close up whispers, tweezer sounds, ear tapping, and more please watch with headphones:) I hope you like it💖

Only a few minutes in and this is already amazing! I love this idea, so creative! You should do a whole face yoga where you focus on all parts of our face, like how you opened / closed our eyes you could pinch / unpinch our nose, hold our mouth closed, etc

I don't know if it's just me, but Lizi is actually giving me hundreds of faces just by some minimal changes on her make up and hair styling from each of her video. Love her and her craft ❤️

Not even 5 minutes into this and it's already amazing! Getting tingles all over my scalp, so crazy, that it's literally like pleasant pins and needles. 😌🥰
Why do the rings give me such tingles? I really enjoy them, especially when one is pulled back.
I just wanted to tell you something: I was pretty drunk yesterday and I felt bad today. I wanted to lie down and sleep but it didn’t work. Then I thought I’d listen to Asmr. First I listened to a video of another woman, and then Lizi’s video started. And suddenly I felt better just because of it. Just that soothing voice. You can say what you want, but her videos are always the best for me!

I'm not usually tingles by visual triggers but this video was truly hypnotic. Especially tingly with the lenses at the 15 minute mark.

Hi lizi, great concept. Very relaxing. Any chance of you doing a eye exam and test with heavy use of light triggers and eye moovement. Ie. Telling us to look at you nose then to you finger, switching between them but you move your finger each time we look bk at your nose? Thanks.
