We just came back from a HE Penthouse Suite (Lisbon to Civitavecchia); and I have to say that the 3-bed-option is not recommendable - the third bed is just an emergency bed (pull out chair), very narrow and not suitable for a kid or even an adult! Hands off! Although the cabin itself was great!
