I think the reason ladies or women tend to disrespect men when they earn more is mainly stress that comes with been at the top of the food chain
Eg. Let say a lady works 7am to 5pm everyday and also has to do her wife duties, along the way when the stress build up and she starts complaining, it is natural for a guy to defend himself because he feels it is natural for him not to do basic house chores eg. Cooking, washing, etc which ladies won't seems to take in good faith but if it was the other way around, most men naturally can deal with stress far better than most ladies and tend to be more understand and straightforward compare to most ladies
And also, about ladies been the head of a family is not accepted even per the Bible and Quran, as the people God chose as rulers, prophets, messenger and leaders are men. Men should just sit up more in a relationship where their ladies earn more
