The starting price is $42,490 but eligible buyers can get it for $34,990 after a $7,500 federal tax credit. This makes it $4,000 cheaper than the standard RWD variant, which costs $38,990 and isn't eligible for the tax credit.
The new Model 3 variant offers 363 miles of range, the highest in the Model 3 lineup. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds and has a top speed of 125 mph. The car is available for purchase through cash or financing but not for leasing.
Tesla originally sold this variant in 2017 but discontinued it in 2019 to focus on Dual Motor configurations. It briefly returned in early 2023 in Europe for fleet customers only.
