Yes. It only takes 1 minute to peel and chop all that fruit and then to mix and pour the gelatin and wait for it to set in fridge. All that work and the desert ready in just a minute. What magic. Sorry people but I get tired of video titles that lie so I've taken to being sarcastic about them.

Pour ne pas chauffer le jus d'orange autant que possible, j'utiliserais soit de l'agar-agar (chauffé quelques minutes dans une petite partie du jus d'orange puis mélangé au reste), soit de la gélatine.
Haven't tried this yet. I do wish you didn't say it would only take 1 minute. That's a gross understatement. Your video was over 4 minutes and didn't include all the cutting. It wouldn't hurt to be more honest.

Forget the 2 hrs for refrigeration, or the 10 or so minutes for thickening the juice, it takes more than 1 min to cut a banana, an apple, two kiwi, and six strawberries. Should change the description. Maybe a 'no bake dessert'.

You can also use vanilla pudding mix, it's works great. Just mix pudding with pineapple juice instead of milk...
