I don’t think I could ever go back to my old eating habits- Been on a strict keto, gluten & dairy free food plan for a long time. I have more energy, clearer mind & energy than I have had in a long time. I am still not 100% after my medical situations, but, I am so much better. Family who has not been able to see me due to the pandemic can’t believe how much I have improved and this has been pretty much on my own and, a few wonderful CZcams doctors!
@marie-elena Waldrip ----How do you get protein in your diet? I tried to cut back on red meat by substituting Dark Red Kidney Beans with other veggies. The intestinal gas is maddening.....I have tried Probiotic Acidopholus, Beano, Etc. NOTHING works. I add Flax Seeds, Quinoa, whole grains, yet the gas will not let up. I love cheese and milk, however I am Lactaid Intolerant and allow dairy every so often. I have tried Oat Milk, Soy Milk, etc. However I prefer the Dairy Milk 1%, LOL.
