I had the same thing happen to me. Was delivered but it isn’t where it should be in the production machines. Please let me know if you find it or where you found it.

@@nithyasushil4827 I found it.. it’s in the same place where you buy your production things.. like the cake oven, pie oven and so forth.. it’s in the very first slot. Hope that helpsn
Guys how can I switch to my other farm that button who disconnect gone plz anyone can explain to me I'm using supercell Id but still I can't switch
supercell ID is currently broken.
I looked in all the comments on where to find it cause I don't see it but it's still not there if anyone can help please do
first go to the farm house door. there should be a package. open it. the machine will be inside. it will then go to the machine storage where you buy machines for the game. open this and drag the machine out. this is the same as every machine event if this helps.

Ricky a member of my team still hasn’t received her balloon machine. She has tried everything and I’ve put in multiple help through hayday and no one even answers me. Can you please help me?
the machine should have been delivered via Alfred. please check the farm house for a package and if there open it. if a package for another item, open that then Alfred will bring it .
once opened the machine goes to the new machine storage. go there and drag it out.
if not found but claimed go into edit mode and sometimes it can be found there.
also make sure they have updated.

How is this game getting managed? They update quality of life of the game once in a decade, i feel like its some old SUPERCELL game (clash of clans) when you have to place walls 1 by 1 to rearrange your village and putting all buildings aside, but here the community manager of clash of clans is adding quality stuff in every update to not let the game go down the path of the ridiculous. Here you have to plant trees and bushes 1 by 1, if you want to plant hundreds or thousands GOOD LUCK haha, you have at least 1-2 hours of work (when its a game for farming and relaxation). Then you have to ask help to revive them 1 by 1 AGAIN, and send thanks letters 1 by 1 ONCE AGAIN. Finally we can say that they added the 2 finger method to collect faster (because they understood that it was too painfull) BUT it is almost just for ipad users because it’s TOO hard to do so on an iphone (and i have a 15 pro max). So please i’m asking in the name of the community some rework to some things, It's a good game but it would be a shame if it was abandoned like that. Thank you,

use them in the town to create a concert by the town hall. doesn’t have to be the farm.
