This video makes me feel so at peace, like I'm having a cup of coffee at a pretty little cafe in some picturesque alley in Italy, reading a book and feeling that nothing else matters in the world and it's just my coffee, my book and I and nothing else exists (well and the chair and table otherwise it would be a a real mess). I play this video every time I need to focus on my studies, I just place my headset muffs over my temples and I let it work its magic while I do my thing.

• If you're trying to study:
Go to the coziest place in your house. Turn on this music and set your phone's volume to medium. Keep your phone to a far distance from you so it doesn't distracts you. And mute your phone. Take your notebook, take your book and start working and you'll be getting that A!
• If you're depressed:
Go to a room wheres no one around. Turn on this music and set your phone's volume to medium. Again, keep your phone to a far distance so it doesn't distracts you. Lay down in your bed and take a minute to find an angle that your most comfortable with. Close your eyes, think about all the good things that happened in your life. Don't worry about time and sleep as long as you want!
• If you're trying to relax from a long, hard day:
Turn on this music and set your phone's volume to medium. And again, keep your phone to a far distance from you. Take your favourite tea/coffee/juice sit in the coziest place in your house. Remember the good things that happened in your life. And relax. After that, take a warm shower and sleep so you feel energetic again!

Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

I would plug this in at the Starbucks I work at when customers were allowed to sit in. We all get free Spotify Premium but Spotify doesn't have tracks longer than 4 minutes. 4 hour tracks like these are where it's at and the customers love it. A sad world when I have to unplug my laptop or phone and clock out.
You can download this to mp3 with y2mate and add from local files with the PC spotify software. U just gotta cut the music into about an hour chunks because spotify I believe doesn't take anything over 1 hour or atleast somewhere there.
I listen to this kind of playlists every time while studying, and this one has certainly been the best of all.
