alright i have gmod too, here are 5 reasons.
1.Storyline
2. Design levels
3. Design game modes
4. Make a game that people can come and play on
5. For the 4-player cooperative
etc...
@Tibbex all the stuff you get in the first can be used in the 2nd so it would be a good idea to enhance the gameplay and creativity. Plus the campaign for LBP is awesome.
should be a great year for ps3 this year at last! im looking forward to getting this, killzone 3 and yakuza 4 with more great games coming after that uncharted 3 being one of them! This collectors edition is pretty sweet

@AL2009man Yes I know the EU collector's edition. That's the one I was talking about. We only get the DLC and a steelbook case. If they announced another one as good as the US one since then, please PM me the link but as far as I know, our one is not as good as this one

the Australian collectors edition we dont get the book shelf thing...but we get hardened edition of the case + the toy + the costumes

@Stevenm713 You need to realize that when Little Big Planet came out in 2008, it was during a time of blood soaked shooters. To have the balls to release something as cute as that was pretty amazing. Plus, with this sequel, you have the ability to string together levels that you create to craft whole games. The cute artwork was already a great layout, and being able to make whatever you want makes this a pretty extraordinary game all around. I respect you're opinion, I just don't agree with it.

@Stevenm713 the look and difficulty level of the single player is defenatly for children of 10 or so, but the big fuzz about this game is the amount of creativity. imagine the wc3 editor for platformers.
That was actually a pretty entertaing unboxing. Most unboxing videos bore me to the point where I have to click out out of the video.
Was disappointed that it doesn't come with the game cover they used as the picture for what comes in the box.
@AKBeazBoi Yes but the EU got an Uncharted 2 limited edition (not that one with the dagger) and the US didn't.

460 dollar isnt worth it. ive beat story mode in about 3 hours and i have 50% of trophies in about 5 hours. it has a unique and fun story

@toontownhareclanrule Not as many. You get 5 from pre-ordering it and 11 from the collector's edition.

@AshXXMayftw thats why the story mode portion isnt the entire game there are over 3 million user created levels, and other than lbp being a platformer its nothing like super mario bros
the UK release is on the 21st and we only get the Disney,tron,gonzo and animal costumes and the avatars. THAT'S IT! :( media molecule is UK BASED.

I play the 360 and love it but I agree that this is going to be the PS3's big year, at least for the amount of exclusives. Do I mind that a console has more exclusives this year then the one I own? No, I just play the games I have on my console.

its funny that people actually get pissed when someone says a video game is lame or stupid. its not that big of a deal, if they dont like a game then ok. but that still dosnt make any sense of why they would click the video if they dont like it.....
@mattbru2 I don't mind us not getting the plushie because they sell loads more LBP merchandise in Europe (or at least in the UK) thank they do in the US. But I really want the book ends. Also, I hate that we pay the same price as the Americans for less stuff. We don't get the plushie or the book ends AND we get less DLC even though the game developers themselves are British

@AL2009man Yeah a crappy one with just the DLC. We don't get the Sackboy plushie or the bookends but we pay the same price as the Americans do for their Collector's Edition.
You should do unboxing for "The Witcher 2 - Assassins of Kings: Collectors Edition" it seems to come with so much stuff that the video will take forever. :D:D

I'm glad I canceled my pre-order for this. The Sackboy plush in the picture on Amazon was of better quality than this, the same one that's been out for over a year. And those bookends look cheap. 'better off just getting the DLC costumes on their own.

@InfamousApple That's what happened to my cousin. He pre-ordered ACB and he didn't get the clown costume. Just go talk to the people who sold you it.

As much as I love LBP and LBP2, this Collector's Edition isn't worth the money. The costumes are the only things important to me, but that's not worth paying $20 more for, IMO.

I want this Edition but we just get a crappy CE with a Steelbook and the DLC. We pay the same price for it as the Americans for less stuff. Screw you Sony. Media Molecule is British but we still get screwed over
