  • Looking for a simple interval timer for you exercises? This one here that I made runs for 30 minutes, beeps every 60 seconds, and has a nice graphic showing you the time progression. Bonus: press CC for an interval counter.

    Thanks for uploading this timer. Chemo and opiates put me at risk for becoming severely dehydrated within a short period of time. In order to pace re-hydration without getting nauseous, this timer helps me to take a small sip each minute, mimicking the pace of an IV.

    I'm the only one using this to slow down my eating, 1 bite a minute, for gerd/acid reflux/ibs? Cuts down the bloat etc. This is awesome so I can still watch a show while eating and still be paced!

    Using this for runescape, I had to debuff boss every one minute and re apply crit buff on myself and this certainly helped me gets faster kill for that

      Kinda late but if you set the playback speed to 0.85 then each minute will last for around 70 seconds

    Nice, I use this timer for this "simple" workout circuit : each minute you do 10 push-ups, 10 squats (personal preference jumping squats) and 5 pull-ups, then your rest time is all seconds left until the next minute begins (if you have any).
    Try it with with water by your side and a good technique of these 3 exercice not to harm yourself ;)

    I noticed I took like 5 minutes per page on my textbook and I wanted to rehearse (on 1 minute per page tempo) before stopping for the day and I feel like the story (I do Pol Sci) flows so well when I'm as focused. Stuff started to click more. I feel like studying with limitated time works so well it's like replicating the night before an exam but the exam isn't necessarily the next day this time.

    The only thing I would say is that, for looping purposes, the end should be 10 seconds shorter to accommodate the starting 10 seconds so there's a seamless transition back to the start. That or 40 seconds of nothing at the end. I know this is probably not super helpful to most but I needed this for 7 hours the other day.

    This is very helpful for getting a trophy in Littlebig Planet 2 as you need to actively create stuff for 24 hours, but if i just hit one button every minute i will get the trophy so thanks.
