I don’t understand why anyone would ever want to criticise Kate she is such a brave and courageous woman and Derek is also a man who although not as he was is still a strong person the whole family is truly amazing, thank you so much for sharing your life and journey. X

Obviously Kate is being paid it’s her job as a presenter and journalist it’s just unfortunate that this story is Derek’s, Kate’s and their children’s real lives. The fact that you don’t seem to be aware of the long standing health implications for some following contracting coronavirus. As a person who is still suffering from having covid and also nursing patients through covid also nursing those dying a very slow and lonely death because of Covid19, you may well have experience all of that but if you had I’m not sure you would be so quick to be so very stupid with what you are say on a public platform.
I’ll criticise her gladly. (1) she blocks all comments on other videos (2) she conflates her husbands condition to be solely related to covid and Matt Hancock without a shred of evidence (3) she just appears like a woke statue in physical and character form .
My God my heart sank for Kate through the entire hour watching! Heart wrenching and raised awareness for others too! Her children are a credit to her and Derek. Kate’s such a lovely human and I hope she gets her Derek back ❤
