    2.Future Challenges and Demands in Pharmacy:
    3. Community Pharmacy Needs: Understanding the current and future demands of community pharmacies and how aspiring pharmacists can make a significant impact.
    4. Building and Upgrading Skills: Practical advice on continuous education, skill development, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of pharmacy.

    Heart is a pumping organ. It pumps blood. Let's get into the anatomy;
    Lungs has two main vessels one is pulmonary vein and other one is pulmonary artery. Pulmonary vein is the only vein in the body which carries oxygenated blood. So, from pulmonary vein, the blood enters into Left atrium followed by left ventricle following by aorta. And aorta pumps it into body. Secondly, superior and inferior venacava carries deoxygenated blood from body into the rt. Atrium followed by rt. Ventricle then it goes to lungs for oxtgenation via pulmonary artery. ( only artery in the body which carries deoxygenated blood). From lungs it again enters into circulation via pulmonary vein and the cycle goes on. So, in one second heart completes 8 cardiac cycles.

    Cardiac surgery could be angioplasty. Angioplasty and its treatment plan depends upon the extend to which the damage has occured; can done by putting ballooning where the amount of blockage is in between 10- 20% Bypass surgery where you cut the vessel and adjoin to near vessel, the blockage has to be nearly 30-40%. Cardiac stent- you can put a titanium meshwork like thing into the vessel so this will keep the diameter of vessel constant . The blockage has to be more than or equal to 50%.

    Other cardiac surgery could be putting a pacemaker. A pacemaker keeps the cardiac impulses undisturbed. You can also put pacemaker under armpits in the form of implants. (Axillary implants). You cannot treat a conditions like Ventricular hypertrophy, cardiomegaly. However, you can increase blood flow so that heart should not take extra strain to pump in all over the body. Stenosis can be treated by surgical excision of fibres.

    When the cholesterol plaques gets deposited within the blood vessels. It could be attached type or movable type that condition is called as arteriosclerosis. When the cholesterol plaques gets deposited within the blood vessel layers ( tunica externa--tunica media---tunica interna) this condition is called as atherosclerosis. Cholesterol are of two types- high lipid cholesterol and low lipid cholesterol..low lipid cholesterol is known as triglycerides..(macrocelles) they are 'bad' cholesterol.

    Here is a basic heart overview from real doctor to help you understand:
    1. Heart needs a lot of blood to pump (which carries oxygen and nutrients and takes away carbon dioxide and waste), when the supply is blocked the cells of your heart die, that is heart attack (note if heart can’t pump then blood won’t go to other organs especially the brain which requires most and they too will subsequently die).
    2. Heart gets signals from the nerves that tell it when to pump to keep the blood flowing in a synchronized and efficient manner, sometimes there’s blockage in the nerves which causes heart to beat irregularly (in worst cases the blood does not move and gets clotted on the spot which can then dislodge and block blood supply especially to the brain), these are arrhythmias and fibrillations.
    3. Sometimes your heart muscle itself becomes weak or inefficient so body overall gets less blood, this will lead to tissues getting less blood as discussed earlier but will slowly die as compared to previous case, multiple conditions cause this.
    4. Sometimes there’s failure of another organ (especially kidney) due to which you blood volume increases or pressure increases (because there is increased resistance) which can increase load on your heart and rest is similar to previous point.
    5. Finally we have hypertension (increased blood pressure) simply because either there is lot of fluid in blood, or vessels are too stiff to expand, or the size of vessels reduces because they thicken. One exclusive complication is the ability for it to cause bleeding especially in the brain (called hemorrhage), which is very traumatic no matter where it happens because blood is toxic to tissues if not controlled.
