This is type of ranveer show we want not how u did in karthik aryan show.... bro u always wanted to have sushant in ur show but when someone nearly like him came to ur show u just had really wrong kind of questions and interaction. Whole show look awkward from karthik point of view .... he is good person to talk but u were not perepard the show properly. Make the show with karthik as u want with sushant
Consider this dubbing in Hindi. Will reach to lot of old people which is needed for awareness.
Avoid sweets, sugar, chocolate, watermelon etc to avoid lust feelings. đđđ
â@@santosh34554 not possible bro my brother was a fitness geek but one year after marriage every thing stops no time

Fun Fact:WHO CARES!đź
Kudos to Madhuri Dixit for marrying a well educated man from her own community from Maharashtra. She sure chose descent future and life! Very wise â€
Kudus to Madhuri for choosing him instead of all her rumored affairs with Sanjay dutt or anil kapoor. I am sure it was such a hard decision to marry and move outside of india when her career was at peak. And him moving to India and educating us about heart health.
lol paisa ke liye kari hai wo
â@@vishwarao6064Madhuri Dixit is much more rich than Dr Nene. Even she was top actress that time and her career was at peak, she married to dr Nene because she is good girl coming from cultural Marathi Maharashtraian family, that time she accepted and respected her family decision and married to dr Nene who again comes from good well educated Marathi family.
That time also and today also Madhuri is most rich than her hasband. Hote hai kuch family sanskar jo bacche sunte hai.
No. , a medical doctor is 10000x educated than these shit Bollywoodâ@@vishwarao6064

As someone who lost her father to Cardiac arrest, Ranveer is asking all the right questions. Especially the one where is asked âif someone dies of heart attack, is there a possibility that it was painless?â Timestamp 14:30
I also studied Anatomy and Physiology in US and Dr. Neneâs responses are very intellectual. Its an honour to hear his POV on all the situations related to lifestyle advice and studies about arteries. So interesting!! Thank you Ranveer đđœ

Hello,
I absolutely love your podcast and the insightful conversations you bring to your audience. As a pharmacy student, I would really appreciate episodes focused on the pharmacy sector. It would be incredibly valuable to hear from experts and professionals who can discuss:
1. Preparing for GPAT : Tips, resources, and strategies to excel in this crucial exam for pharmacy students.
2.Future Challenges and Demands in Pharmacy:
3. Community Pharmacy Needs: Understanding the current and future demands of community pharmacies and how aspiring pharmacists can make a significant impact.

Lovely podcast, please also bring on board doctors who support and guide about EECP enhanced external counterpulsation, a non invasive treatment for coronary artery heart disease, why I request, it can save many patients , who don't have heart blockages as such , and it can maybe prevent that situation , but big hospitals and big surgeons do not share this avail treatment options ,mostly because they will not make much money from patients .but it's very very helpful technology which should be explored for human wellbeing .please bring light to it .
Heart is a pumping organ. It pumps blood. Let's get into the anatomy;
Lungs has two main vessels one is pulmonary vein and other one is pulmonary artery. Pulmonary vein is the only vein in the body which carries oxygenated blood. So, from pulmonary vein, the blood enters into Left atrium followed by left ventricle following by aorta. And aorta pumps it into body. Secondly, superior and inferior venacava carries deoxygenated blood from body into the rt. Atrium followed by rt. Ventricle then it goes to lungs for oxtgenation via pulmonary artery. ( only artery in the body which carries deoxygenated blood). From lungs it again enters into circulation via pulmonary vein and the cycle goes on. So, in one second heart completes 8 cardiac cycles.

To study acidosis and alkanosis properly, you can study partial pressure of oxygen, CO2 with respect to hemoglobin in Bohr's ray diagram.
Cardiac surgery could be angioplasty. Angioplasty and its treatment plan depends upon the extend to which the damage has occured; can done by putting ballooning where the amount of blockage is in between 10- 20% Bypass surgery where you cut the vessel and adjoin to near vessel, the blockage has to be nearly 30-40%. Cardiac stent- you can put a titanium meshwork like thing into the vessel so this will keep the diameter of vessel constant . The blockage has to be more than or equal to 50%.
There's a reason I watch Ranveer's podcasts ... He knows when to speak and when to just listen. Which most podcasters don't.
Ofcourse the guests' choice so OP.

Other cardiac surgery could be putting a pacemaker. A pacemaker keeps the cardiac impulses undisturbed. You can also put pacemaker under armpits in the form of implants. (Axillary implants). You cannot treat a conditions like Ventricular hypertrophy, cardiomegaly. However, you can increase blood flow so that heart should not take extra strain to pump in all over the body. Stenosis can be treated by surgical excision of fibres.
Dr. Nene thank you so much for so much information on heart and the last part was so heart touching and so thoughtful. You inspired me to become better than i was yesterday and knowledge is power.
Nice episode! Like Dr Nene! Untapped potential. And looks such a genuine person
When the cholesterol plaques gets deposited within the blood vessels. It could be attached type or movable type that condition is called as arteriosclerosis. When the cholesterol plaques gets deposited within the blood vessel layers ( tunica externa--tunica media---tunica interna) this condition is called as atherosclerosis. Cholesterol are of two types- high lipid cholesterol and low lipid cholesterol..low lipid cholesterol is known as triglycerides..(macrocelles) they are 'bad' cholesterol.
Also to consider is inflammation
Thanks for bringing him to your show
So happy to see Dr. Nene here đ
Very informative! đđđ
Great person.....so much I learned....ur health needs discipline of every day....small parts we misuse every day & take for granted...it was so good to hear him
Here is a basic heart overview from real doctor to help you understand:
1. Heart needs a lot of blood to pump (which carries oxygen and nutrients and takes away carbon dioxide and waste), when the supply is blocked the cells of your heart die, that is heart attack (note if heart canât pump then blood wonât go to other organs especially the brain which requires most and they too will subsequently die).
2. Heart gets signals from the nerves that tell it when to pump to keep the blood flowing in a synchronized and efficient manner, sometimes thereâs blockage in the nerves which causes heart to beat irregularly (in worst cases the blood does not move and gets clotted on the spot which can then dislodge and block blood supply especially to the brain), these are arrhythmias and fibrillations.
3. Sometimes your heart muscle itself becomes weak or inefficient so body overall gets less blood, this will lead to tissues getting less blood as discussed earlier but will slowly die as compared to previous case, multiple conditions cause this.
4. Sometimes thereâs failure of another organ (especially kidney) due to which you blood volume increases or pressure increases (because there is increased resistance) which can increase load on your heart and rest is similar to previous point.
5. Finally we have hypertension (increased blood pressure) simply because either there is lot of fluid in blood, or vessels are too stiff to expand, or the size of vessels reduces because they thicken. One exclusive complication is the ability for it to cause bleeding especially in the brain (called hemorrhage), which is very traumatic no matter where it happens because blood is toxic to tissues if not controlled.
Very informative and detailed podcast, essentially focusing on how everything in anatomy is interrelated.
