I was interested in the Satin black but the Fishman fluence trew me off. I just hate when guitar manufacturers put active pickups on cool guitars.
Fluences are insanely good pickups, and they have the passive mode control

Dean are back on top crushing it! and as much as he polarizes many, Mustaine's Deans of a few years back might have helped develop these specs, as in the thin C shape neck profile and 6 inline headstock.
Possibly, this does play and sound better than the mustaine deans I tried
Also, the new mustaine kramers are not as good as this Vengeance
yeah I expected the Kramers to be very 'budget'@@DevGohil
it's interesting because, they dont play or feel like budget guitars. The fishmans are brighter, and sound tighter than the seymours on the Kramers, and the satin neck on the dean is just TOO GOOD

Not bad but I dont like having active pickups and the fret acces is not as good as on a jackson soloist.

Jackson necks and strats body shapes are not for me
@@DevGohil Same here except for the necks. I want to try to get used to Super Strats because they have better fret access and are they're easier to transport. I will just play them with a footrest when sitting and standing up it doesn't really matter

i can’t stand fishman fluence pickups to be honest.
Why’s that?
@@DevGohil I find them to sound scratchy with no low end. they have that spike in treble and midrange that’s very single coily when doing single notes. They also got that cocked wah thing it gets really old after a while. I had em for 2 years and tried hard to love em, but ultimately the EMG 81 reigns supreme
