Non surgical rhinoplasty like why? Get it done surgically and be done with it.

To be safe ( heavy smoker) you really should stop eight weeks prior to surgery and this may be an opportunity to quit all together!

If filler placed around the eye can migrate *five* years later, then sounds like you’re acknowledging the fact that dermal fillers do not “dissolve naturally after 6-9 months”.
Dr. Cox stated that Restalyne placed under the eyes can surely last five years. Can you please disclose just how long Restalyne placed under the eyes can truly last? And what are the pros and cons of using Hyaluronidase (four) years after the filler had been placed?
I would never have agreed to cheek filler (which turned out to be *eye* filler) if I’d been advised that it could stick around for years. The Top Doc who suggested the “cheek filler” (same day as dysport) matter of factly stated that she had injected “too much, too high”, but - get this - that she “didn’t think she could get me through hyaluronidase”. Advised me to “wait it out”. Assured me that “it will all be absorbed, naturally, within 6 to 9 months”. It will be four years in October. The excessive swelling experienced when this happened eventually dissipated, but the dents resulting from the improperly placed “cheek filler” are even more pronounced now than then. Very hard to trust now.

Filler can last in some patients for many years but in most patients that i have observed the filler lasts up to 18 months. If it is still observable you might want to consider having dissolved with Hylenex
