Traditional food storage in Hunza : Excavating last year's potatoes.

- In the continuum of my last project of preserving leafy greens (saag) for winters, in this project, I present how vegetables ( potatoes) are preserved over a year in Hunza.
Fearing a "food shortage" as we were running out of potatoes for French fries, I was glad to have this opportunity of excavating potatoes we saved last year by burying a hole in the ground called "Tiss" in Burushaski.
I have added subtitles to this video.
