Gutekunst and the front office has done a great job in the draft. Like Gutekunst said "The draft is the lifeblood of this organization" and you can see how much whole front office put in time and effort in this pre and post draft process to get the players that could fit this team! 💚GPG💛

Gutey may be my favorite Packer. A huge reason why this team has sustained success is due to the way he runs things.
Gutekunst is the best GM and it’s not even about super bowls. Being competitive year in and year out is tough in itself. A “down” year expected for us was a first round playoff road win.
I put him on the same page as John Lynch.

@@tudor3232 There’s a balance to be found between focusing too much on the future and being too short sighted. I’m not saying to completely throw away our recipe of long term planning. I’m saying to crank the future dial down a little bit and be more aggressive this year. We have a unique group of young guys that we won’t be able to have together forever- won’t be able to pay them all. Let’s capitalize, make some moves, and win a ring. If you’re not first, you’re last! 2 Super Bowls with back to back HOF QBs is not enough! Be smart!
Defense heavy 2024 draft all the way for Green Bay this year. Stop the run and get a lot more turnovers.

Brian Thomas falls he automatically is the best player on the board you have to not let that type of player go and package Watson if Brian is there easy swap out but In a normal draft you look at dejean or Nubin i believe he ran a 4.4 and just plays football the way you want someone to play football. Long story short im hoping the go oline and can pick up nubin top of the second but if a special wr falls i know we are loaded their but why not

I wouldnt be mad if they drafted Brian Thomas Jr. in the 1st. I doubt he falls that far tho.

@@voidenthrall198 I don't think it's burning it because we won't pay Watson and Doubs and Watson may not pan out. We will want to keep cycling through WRs to keep those cheap contracts going while Love is here. I would rather take Thomas over Jordan Morgan or some guys you might get in the first. I think we'll trade back in first if we don't trade up. Need to get to 13-14 or more picks. I have a feeling we will add more 6th and 7th rounders to add low cost players so you don't have to fight to sign them after the draft.
We have Grant Dubose on practice squad. He was one of the top graded WRs last year with Wicks. We still have Heath as well. If we were to get a WR, then Watson would be on notice. We need someone to replace him if it becomes necessary because of injury or not wanting to pay him in Doubs in 2 years.
