🇩🇪 4hrs Trip Dresden To Frankfurt/ ICE DEUSTCH BAHN / GERMAN HIGH SPEED TRAIN

This is my 4hrs Trip from Dresden-Neustadt Station to Frankfurt HBF. it's a nice trip going to Frankfurt. very lovely view especially the countryside from Erfurt to Fulda Area.

There are no double decker ICEs (Intercity Express) in Germany. ;-) Those are double decker ICs (Inter City). Their maximum speed is 160km/h. Maximum speed of ICEs vary from 250 to 320km/h. Conventional (non double decker) ICs reach speed up to 200km/h.
Finding the wagon of your reservated seat is relatively easy with the "Wagenstandsanzeiger" (wagon position indicator) provided on every platform: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wagenstandanzeiger#/media/Datei:WagenstandanzeigerHannover060415.jpg
But note: Deutsche Bahn (DB) loves it to turn sometimes the sequence of the wagons in which case the indicator table is of little use, of course. Better using an app for the cell phone.

The double decker Intercity shown in the video is a former WestBahn Stadler Kiss.
These are capable of running 200 km/h.
