Some of those clips are compelling... but the police station video? That's a load of shit! Any videographer (ANY!) will tell you that's an insect of some kind crawling on top of the lens! It's blurry because it's so close, it's out of focus - I get that on our security cameras at home (and at work) A LOT! Hindi po multo!
