I have this watch. Main problem is it can not show all my iPhone contact in the watch. So when someone call 80% contact is not showing name. Is there any solution?
You are comparing a fitness bracelet (Samsung Fit 3) and a fitness watch (Honor Watch 4). This is not correct because they have different form factors.

I thought its better than Redmi Watch 4. The only advantage is there is a 4GB memory for Music. It is better if even the photos can be save and view. Its funny that it can connect to Bluetooth but unable to use for listening and calls.

I think I have all the contacts. You should try to reset the watch and connect it to the phone again.

Yes, I have tested the watch with iPhone, but music is uploaded to the watch only from an Android smartphone.
