@@misha7482 yes, you have to buy the pass and farm 2000 pass tokens (in one month with like 3-4 games a day you can reach this)
How come in this series you go dark seal with health pots instead of refill potions? Do you recommend that for new players? Across the board? For certain matchups?
Always get the refill with dark seal. I think he made a mistake. If you’re first item is 350 always get the refill unless you don’t wanna spend the 150 but don’t get consumable potions unless your first item is 400/450 and you can’t afford refillable
@@immoralities 3 red pots is better for trading in lane, more healing, and you can always buy refills later if you really need it, its that way on almost every champion, same reason some adcs take long sword 3 pots as start

He’s also a really skilled LoL player. For the average player (like myself lol) gold doesn’t matter until you’ve spent it. Gold in your pocket isn’t making you stronger and average players shouldn’t allow their pockets to get this full. I do however appreciate his frugality here because it helps him to showcase katarina at a “disasvatage.”
I only quoted it here because I don’t think this guy is ever disadvantaged when he’s playing kat even against the hard counters like fizz. He knows all the ins and outs of katarina’s potential within the summoners rift map.

I’m confused as to why you didn’t buy the refill wirh your 500 start gold. You got dark seal for 350 and then 3 consumable potions for 50 each. But then still getting a refill on your first back using recall.
meaning you spent 300 gold on potions before you hit level 7
Yeah it felt a little troll. If he bought refills he would have had no need to buy more potions because well.. they refill
I usually do it to stay longer in lane in the beginning so i don’t get behind to much because of the dark seals healing increasing with potions, and with 3 regular potions i can stay a bit longer than if i’d buy the refillable
