- The hardest thing in life is which bridge to cross and which to burn Journey Of Gandham Chandrudu To Indian Administrative Service (IAS) examination Though he worked in railways for over nine years, Gandham Chandrudu wanted to do something big in life and decided to appear for IAS. Since Gandham was working in railways, it was not possible for him to take long leaves. He decided to find a way out so that he could realize the dream of being called as IAS Gandham Chandrudu. He requested his superiors to allot him night duty so that he could study for longer hours. Gandham Chandrudu took time during his professional duty and spent eight to nine hours studying and working the night shift for over a year. The strong foundations of education that he had built during his years in JNV stood by him and Gandham Chandrudu was able to clear this prestigious examination.
Indian Administrative Service (IAS) పరీక్షకు గంధం చంద్రుడు ప్రయాణం తొమ్మిదేళ్లుగా Railway లో పనిచేసినా, గంధం చంద్రుడు గారు జీవితంలో ఏదైనా పెద్దది చేయాలని భావించి IAS కావాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నాడు. Railway Job చేస్తున్నందున Long Leaves తీసుకోవడం కుదరలేదు. IAS Gandham Chandrudu గా పిలిపించుకోవాలనే కలను సాకారం చేసుకునేందుకు మార్గం వెతకాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నారు . ఎక్కువ గంటలు చదువుకునేందుకు వీలుగా night duty కేటాయించాలని ఉన్నతాధికారులను అభ్యర్థించాడు.
