Have you ever used ABS glue? I need to make a similar rack but with a somewhat odd shaped bracket. Did a test piece and it seems quite strong. I think it's mainly acetone that melts it together.

Id honestly rather watch 1 long full install than an install done over 10 or so episodes. also should be less work for you as you only gotta edit/export/upload 1 video
