why did you use 2016 rather than the 2025 battery?

2016 battery is thinner than the 2025 battery. Same voltage, same diameter the 2025 will last longer 160 mAh versus 90 mAh for the 2016. Last two numbers indicate thickness in millimeters. I had a problem with one of my Mercedes Key fobs where the battery carrier didn't appear to make secure contact with the circuit board. Switched to CR2032 batteries solved the problem.
