It is just right to use k(n+1)/4, 1 should be added to n since we are looking for the boundary where the particular set of k/4 data lies "below". Good job, Teacher Lyqa!

Mali po talaga yung formula na Dk = kn / 10 (or /4 for quartile, /100 for percentile). I dont think there is room for 'opinion' in mathematics. It is either right or wrong. Magkaiba po ang values na ilalabas ng formulas na yan. If icheck po natin using 10 elements (even # of elements):
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
D50 = 5(10) / 10 = 5th element
Mali po dahil ang median po nito ay in-between 5 and 6 dahil even ang # of elements, and not the 5th element. If we try the other formula:
D50 = 5(10+1)/10 = 5.5
Exactly tama po.

If 9 lang ang lahat ng numbers, tas kinuha muna ang median which is Q2. Tapos may tig apat- apat napo. Q1 at Q3 nalang ang kunin. Pano poyon ?. Apat² lang po ang numbers.
it depends on what you are finding tho... you just have to use the formula Qk= k/4 × (n-1)
Even if it's like what you said na apat-apat lang 'yung numbers, when u use the formula, you can find the answer:))).
the formula can only be applied if you're looking for quartiles anywayyy hahaha. good eve:'))

Hello po! Paano po kapag amongst the scores, pinapahanap sa amin yung middle 50% ng scores? What should I do po?
add all scores, kung ilan scores ididivide mo yun dun sa sum of scores
10, 12, 14, 16 = 52 / 4 = 13, 13 ang 50% pwede rin na, 12 + 14 = 26 / 2 = 13 pero pag odd yung total mostly addition and division ginagamit ko ihihi
