The Text-to-speech itself is a safe-class reality bending anomaly that always changes itself or the synthesized voice to always sound the same across every universe. SCP Foundations in every universe have tried to change it but it always ends up sounding the same. While the extent of this SCPs reality bending is unknown and its ability to impact the entire multiverse raises some concerns, this SCP seems motivated to only alter the sound of the SCPs automated voices. The 0-5 council since it's discovery has ruled it Safe.

Its nice but why in 99% of SCP EAS scenarios, the foundation completely blows its cover. Like its never some kind of cover up, its always "hello we are the scp foundation"
Admittedly 610 is one of the few scps that is something the foundation could deal with but probably not without a broken masquerade situation or temporal anomaly stunt
