    All I know about his muscle is that it’s the most used during my exams. Shrugs come in handy when you’re failing.

    why in my book the middle belly is from T1-T5, and lower is T5-T12. Also other sources show U:C7 to T3; M: T3 - T4; L: T4 - T12. I am really confused now and don't know which souce I should rely on

    So,
    You're telling me that the lower trapezius can travel all the way down to LITTERLY your butt. That's crazy.
