- This is the first of two polymer clay tutorials showing how to use neon pigment powders to create a vibrant crackle. Method 1 uses white acrylic paint and method 2 uses white polymer clay.

I thought about doing a video on this technique. I've never seen anyone do this in clay (other than you). I've done this, but just as a test. I first got the idea from a nail artist (Kirstie Meakin).

I had no idea that these effects could be made in polymer clay until this video!
